All-Out War Underway Now As Feds Just Show Up In Riot Gear With Shocking Surprise

They aren’t messing around!

In a stroke of complete irony and a demonstration that “open borders” proponents are not all that bright, a protest that was intended to support immigrants while expressing their ire with President Donald Trump’s “zero-tolerance policy” regarding those who cross the border illegally has actually made things significantly more difficult for legal immigrants attempting to follow the law.

Officials from U.S. Customs and Immigration (ICE) were forced to shut down an office that provided services to immigrants because protesters from a group calling themselves Occupy ICE have created “security concerns” by blocking the sidewalks and the facility’s entrances in Portland, closing the facility.

Their goal? To shut the ICE office down permanently. This is a move that would cause considerable problems and inconvenience for immigrants who lived in the area and needed to do business there.

Making matters even more volatile, Portland police were ordered to stay away from the rapidly-growing encampment beside the ICE building because Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler has declared the protest to be the federal government’s problem. One woman complained about protesters being harassed and being sprayed with human feces. But Wheeler is unmoved, stating protesters will have to figure out how to handle these sorts of issues on their own.

“I want to be very clear I do not want the Portland Police to be engaged or sucked into a conflict, particularly from a federal agency that I believe is on the wrong track that has not fully lived American values of inclusion and is also an agency where the former head suggested that people who lead cities that are sanctuary cities like this one should be arrested,” the Portland mayor tweeted.

It seems Wheeler is unconcerned that nearby businesses and residents of the area have been forced to hire private security in order to even get to and from their homes and businesses as protesters are refusing to allow people to pass. Theft is a common occurrence and tempers are short as the problems continue to escalate.

One protester scaled the ICE building itself and removed the American flag from a pole.

The Oregonian reports –

“Protesters outside of Portland’s U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement headquarters are increasing efforts to help immigrants who miss appointments because the federal office is closed.

“We’re the ones who shut the building down,” said Jacob Bureros, an organizer with Direct Action Alliance, which helped plan the protest against President Donald Trump’s immigration policies. “It’s not their fault they can’t get to their appointment.”

ICE officials temporarily closed the downtown office Wednesday because of “security concerns” after dozens of protesters blocked the facility’s entrances.

Translators and lawyers volunteered to assist anyone who showed up seeking ICE assistance, Bureros said.

Mary Ann Warner, of Portland, is helping coordinate translators and transportation out at the encampment.

She said four people came to the facility Friday, and about 10 came Thursday. Most were there to check in with the agency or update their addresses.

“My parents are immigrants, and the last thing I’d want them to experience would be missing check in,” Warner said. “That’s a terrifying place to be in.”

Other volunteers will drive families to desired destinations, whether it be home or the ICE facility in Tacoma, he said.

Bureros said the camp continues to receive loads of donations, including money. Donations are being given to immigrants showing up for appointments as compensation for the costs involved in getting to the downtown facility.

He said some of these efforts started Wednesday, but a more concrete assistance plan was put in place Thursday night.

Tents now line the length of the ICE building at 4310 SW Macadam Ave.

“It’s exploded; it’s just massive,” said Bureros, who estimated about 100 people stayed the night Thursday compared to about 50 Wednesday. He anticipates even more will join as the weekend arrives.

Friday’s encampment plans include the invoking of Shabbat at 5:30 p.m. by members of the local Jewish community and the daily 8:30 p.m. candlelight vigil.

A “Not in Portland” protest is planned from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the encampment. The agenda includes speeches by Reps. Diego Hernandez, D-Portland, Sheri Malstrom, D-Beaverton, and Rob Nosse, D-Portland, as well as a march and bike swarm.

Members of Occupy ICE PDX said Wednesday that they plan to keep the building surrounded until the Portland ICE office is permanently closed. Bureros said that plan hasn’t changed.”

“We’re the ones who shut the building down,” Jacob Bureros, an organizer with Direct Action Alliance, a group that helped block the ICE office and cause the shutdown, told The Oregonian. “”It’s not their fault they can’t get to their appointment.”

Mary Ann Warner told The Oregonian she was helping to coordinate translators and rides for immigrants who actually needed to get to their meetings at the facility that protesters blocked.

She said people have been showing up for their appointments and can’t check in.

“My parents are immigrants, and the last thing I’d want them to experience would be missing check in,” Warner said. “That’s a terrifying place to be in.”

Early Monday morning, a team of ICE agents and Federal Protective Service officers arrived and secured the building, according to local news affiliate KATU.

Federal police dressed in riot gear have been called in to assist and they have begun removing the protesters surrounding the ICE office since June 20 since local law enforcement have been ordered to stand down and refuse to intervene. Lines of federal officers blocked people from returning to the area during cleanup.

Behind the officers, other officers piled up debris left from the encampment and loaded the massive garbage mound into a U-Haul truck. Some arrests were also made by those that refused to comply.

Officers handed out notices to the dozens of protesters ordering them to vacate the premise and warned them to “stop interrupting government business,” as well as reminding protesters they were in violation of federal law by blocking access to the building.  However,  many of the protesters tore up the fliers or refused to take them at all.

The protesters’ have stated the ultimate goal is to abolish ICE altogether and they believe the fact that the office shut down even temporarily is a good sign.

On Thursday, Oregon’s U.S. Attorney’s Office issued a statement and advised that officers had begun a “law enforcement action” to reopen the Portland ICE building on Southwest Macadam Avenue.

Judge Just Dropped Crushing Anvil On Illegal Immigrants In America Overnight – He’s Done

Now, this is an odd turn of events

Now, this is an odd turn of events.

Judge John D. Bates, the federal judge who had ordered the government to restart the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty has now backed off his decision and even went as far and said the government is not under any obligation whatsoever to begin accepting brand new applications.

He later added that he sees the legal mess that has come from DACA and expressed concern that he didn’t want to make things worse. Because of this, he issued a partial stay of his own ruling. This means that while illegal alien “Dreamers” who already have had DACA protections are able to apply for renewals, going forward no new applicants can apply to start the process.

Here is more via The Washington Times:

“The federal judge who had ordered the government to restart the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty in full backed off his decision Friday and said the government does not, after all, have to begin accepting brand new applications.

Judge John D. Bates acknowledged the legal mess that’s arisen around DACA and said he didn’t want to make it worse, so he issued a partial stay of his own ruling.

That means that while illegal immigrant “Dreamers” who already have had DACA protections can apply for renewals, no brand new applicants can apply to start the process.

Judge Bates also delayed part of his previous ruling that would have allowed those with DACA to apply for special protections known as advance parole — permission to travel outside the U.S. and then return — which can, in some cases, turn into a pathway to citizenship.

Hundreds of DACA recipients had exploited that loophole under the Obama administration, but the Trump administration had shut it down.

The government had said that if DACA were completely restarted more than 100,000 new applications would be filed, as well as 30,000 requests for advance parole. That would overwhelm U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the agency that handles the applications, Judge Bates ruled.

He said he realized illegal immigrants were being denied rights he said they were entitled to, but said he feared the confusion that would result.

“Because that confusion would only be magnified if the court’s order regarding initial DACA applications were to take effect now and later be reversed on appeal, the court will grant a limited stay of its order and preserve the status quo pending appeal, as plaintiffs themselves suggest,” he said in a short opinion late Friday.

Immigrant-rights advocates, who had originally wanted a full restart, eventually changed their minds and agreed with the split ruling of no new DACA applications, but renewals could be processed.

That decision was based on a legal gamble.

DACA cases are pending in three courts right now. Judge Bates‘ case is likely to be appealed to the circuit court in Washington, D.C., while circuit courts are already handling appeals of similar decisions from California and New York.

Each of those lawsuits challenged the Trump administration’s decision last year to phase out DACA. The judges in those cases ruled that the Trump administration cut too many corners, and so the phaseout is illegal.

But another case in Texas involves a challenge to the original 2012 Obama administration decision to create DACA in the first place. If that judge were to rule against DACA it would create a messy situation where the program itself is illegal — but so is the phaseout.

The activists in the case before Judge Bates figured that they could undercut the anti-DACA Texas case by agreeing not to allow new DACA permits to be granted.”

Judge Bates also decided to delay part of his previous ruling. That part consisted in allowing those with DACA to apply for special protections known as “advance parole.” Which is a permission to travel outside the U.S. and then return, which in some cases has turned into a pathway to citizenship, or amnesty.

Of course, thousands of DACA recipients exploited that obvious loophole under the Obama administration but since now we have a president who believes in the rule of law, the Trump administration has shut it down.

The Trump Administration had originally argued that if DACA were completely restarted more than 100,000 new applications would be filed. Not to mention 30,000 requests for advance parole. According to Judge Bates, his move would overwhelm U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

As of now, DACA cases are currently pending in three federal courts. Judge Bates‘ case is likely to be appealed to the liberal circuit court in Washington, D.C. Other similar cases are already being handled by liberal appeals courts in California and New York.

But another case in Conservative Texas a challenge to the original 2012 Obama administration decision to create DACA in the first place could change everything. If the judge there were to rule against DACA it would create a messy situation where the program itself is illegal, but so would it’s eventual end.

The pro-illegal alien activists in the case before Judge Bates took a gamble that they could undercut the anti-DACA Texas case by agreeing not to allow new DACA permits to be granted.

Omarosa Now Claims Trump Is Holding Melania Hostage On Sick Threat Over Her Head

Amorosa has once again decided to bite the hand that fed her

Published

on

President Trump gave Omarosa Manigault Newman the opportunity of a lifetime by giving a job in the White House. Who amongst us can say they worked in the White House, next to the president and got to have a front seat to history? It’s something reserved for only a few lucky souls. Many people I know, including myself would give anything to have the opportunity to work just once alongside the President of the United States of America, no matter what party that president is from. But as reported by Chicks On The Right, that wasn’t the case when it came to Omarosa.

Melania Trump acquired permanent residency in the United States with a so-called “Einstein” (EB-1) visa. But in her book, Manigault Newman said “Trumpworld intimates” have questioned how Melania, who is a former model, was able to obtain a visa that is pretty much reserved for people with “extraordinary ability.” Manigault Newman said there were rumors circulating that Donald Trump “pulled strings” to “secure or expedite” the visa for his future wife.

But because Amorosa is Amorosa she is now making even more of a fool of herself by saying First Lady Melania is being held hostage by President Trump under the threat of deportation. Which makes no sense since Melania is now a citizen, and has been for years. And a citizen can’t be deported.

Here is more from the Mercury News:

“A couple of months ago, the Trump administration began looking into stripping citizenship from naturalized citizens who might have lied or cheated to get into the country. Was this somehow personal for President Trump?

According to Omarosa Manigault Newman, Trump might be using wife Melania Trump’s possibly questionable entry into the United States against her, just in case she decides to leave him before his term as president is over.

So, Melania needs to hold off for at least a couple of more years?

In her just published book “Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House,” Manigault Newman hypothesizes that a “vindictive” Trump would find a way to boot the first lady back to her native Slovenia if she were to cross him.

“Since Donald is fully aware of however she acquired her permanent citizenship, he could, if there were anything fishy around it, expose the methods and somehow invalidate it,” wrote Manigault Newman. “He is a vindictive man, and I would not put anything past him.”

Melania Trump gained residency to the United States with an Einstein (EB-1) visa. In her book, Manigault Newman said “Trumpworld intimates” often questioned how Melania, a former model, was able to obtain a visa that was reserved for people with “extraordinary ability.” Manigault Newman said there were rumblings that Donald Trump pulled strings to “secure or expedite” the visa for his future wife, according to People.

“If Melania were to try to pull the ultimate humiliation and leave him while he’s in office, he would find a way to punish her,” Manigault Newman wrote. “This is a man who has said he could pardon himself from the Mueller investigation. Why not pardon himself over an alleged visa payoff?”

“In my opinion,” she added, “Melania is counting every minute until he is out of office and she can divorce him.”

Stephanie Grisham, the first lady’s communications director, refuted Manigault Newman’s claims.

“Mrs. Trump rarely, if ever, interacted with Omarosa. It’s disappointing to her that she is lashing out and retaliating in such a self-serving way, especially after all the opportunities given to her by the President,” Grisham said in a statement.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders also addressed the book with a statement, saying, “It’s sad that a disgruntled former White House employee is trying to profit off these false attacks, and even worse that the media would now give her a platform, after not taking her seriously when she had only positive things to say about the President during her time in the administration.”

Huckabee Sanders also said the book “is riddled with lies and false accusations.”

Manigault Newman first gained attention in 2004 as the villainous contestant on the inaugural season of Trump’s reality show “The Apprentice.” Trump later hired her for his presidential campaign, transition team and finally his White House staff.

But Manigault Newman’s December 2017 departure from the White House was ugly and contentious. She was fired by White House Chief of Staff John Kelly before being forcibly removed from the White House grounds, but she originally claimed she had resigned her post.”

Amorosa has once again decided to bite the hand that fed her. Just like we all saw on The Apprentice all those times she backstabbed the President and made enemies wherever she went.

It was indeed very foolish of President Trump to have ever given her another chance. The woman is obviously out for herself and President Trump is out for the nation. Amorosa doesn’t care about the nation, I don’t think she even cares about herself very much after seeing her auto-destructive actions. On The Apprentice it might be considered as “part of the game” but the White House is far from being a game.
