A big-time Democrat just ditched his party to support the GOP and hop a ride on the Trump Train. After spending so much time watching what the unhinged Democratic party and disgraced liberals have become, it was the one and only New York State lawmaker, Dov Hikind, who ripped Chuck Schumer to shreds and declared that the Republicans have his support. Talk about flipping the table over during a poker game! Hikind sounds like he couldn’t take it anymore after watching his party shrivel into disgraced scandals and mediocrity after Donald Trump won the 2016 Presidential election.
Hikind has been on the Democrat team for quite a long time and he’s turning a new leaf just like many of the Democrats are as they #WalkAway from their party to support the Republicans who seem to have more logical and common sense values that support more and more Americans. Interestingly enough, Hikind mentioned that he’s supporting the GOP until people like Schumer can ‘restore sanity and honesty’ to their party, which is a clear indication that the Democrats are falling apart at the seams and there’s almost nothing left to stitch them back together. Who do they have, Maxine Waters?
“State Assemblyman Dov Hikind of Brooklyn slammed Schumer’s attacks on President Trump, which were sent as part of a fundraising call.
Hikind, who is not running for re-election, wrote on Facebook that Schumer, who is also from Brooklyn, “omitted vital information” about the economy, potential peace with North Korea and low unemployment.
“Senator Schumer, in your letter you promise to fight for Democratic values and go on at great length to fully villainize the current administration,” Hikind wrote.
“You forgot to tell us about the economy. As good as it’s been, economists expect even more growth through the end of the year.”
Hikind said the Democratic Party is “betraying the ideals that our party once stood for — American values.”
“As a fellow Democrat, I ask you to work to restore sanity and honesty to our party,” Hikind wrote in response. “Until then, I’m afraid the Republicans have my support.”
In a Facebook post last week, Hikind wrote “G-d help us!” in response to a young socialist defeating longtime U.S. Rep. Joe Crowley in a House primary.
DNC chairman Tom Perez said this week he believes candidates like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are “the future” of Democratic Party.
People like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her far-fetched fairytale views of Democratic socialism are surely bound to fail. She likely won based on her looks, but there’s absolutely no substance to any politician who thinks socialism will work. Can anyone name a country where socialism has succeeded? One glimpse into the daily life in Venezuela is a good enough reason to scrap the concept of socialism entirely from the board. Anyone who supports it clearly hasn’t done their research or used common sense when considering this form of ultimate failure, otherwise, they’d see it’s just a failure waiting to ruin another country. Who benefits from socialism? The person at the top, while the rest underneath beg for food and hunt squirrels or eat family pets for dinner.
Hikind is right to support the GOP as many others will follow. It seems like the Democrats are all about themselves and whatever bizarre and twisted agenda they try forcing upon people. It’s their own intolerance that is turning people away from their party and they’re too blind or stubborn to realize it.
The unhinged and politically correct liberals are the reason that more and more people support the GOP and President Donald Trump. America used to have a backbone, but the liberals just want people on their backs.
Until the Democrats get some new faces and replace people such as Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, and Chuck Schumer, then there simply is no hope for that party.
Hop on the Trump Train and ride it all the way to the voting booth in 2020.
