Biden Used McCain Eulogy To Send Filthy Message To Trump Who Was Banned From Funeral

The late Senator John McCain was known as one of President Donald Trump’s harshest and most vocal critics in life. As such that made him an ally of former Vice President Joe Biden, uniting over their history of politics in Washington and their hatred for all things Trump.

As a result, upon McCain’s passing, Biden gave a eulogy at McCain’s funeral in his home state of Arizona. He managed to slip in several digs at President Trump, without ever specifically mentioning him by name claiming it was not about politics, yet politicizing the moment all the same.

Business Insider reports –

“Former Vice President Joe Biden gave an emotional eulogy at Sen. John McCain’s memorial service in Arizona on Thursday, calling the former Republican presidential candidate “a brother.”

Wiping tears from his eyes, Biden started by saying: “My name’s Joe Biden. I’m a Democrat. And I loved John McCain.”

After saying he thought of McCain, who died Saturday at 81, as his brother, Biden said their brotherhood included “a lot of family fights.”

“We’d talk about family,” Biden said of his relationship with McCain. “We’d talk about politics. We’d talk about international relations. We’d talk about promise — the promise of America.'”

Biden highlighted the qualities he believed exemplified McCain, claiming the same would never be associated with President Trump in the eulogy that sounded more like a campaign speech. Shouting from the pulpit at the North Phoenix Baptist Church, Biden stated – “It wasn’t about politics with John. He could disagree on substance but it was the underlying values that animated everything John did. Everything he was.”

“Where he would part company with you was if you lacked the basic values of decency and respect, knowing this project is bigger than yourself. He could not stand the abuse of power, wherever he saw it,” Biden noted of McCain, “in whatever form, in whatever country. It was always about basic values with John – fairness, honesty, respect,” he added.

Biden’s words echoed as the former vice president under former President Barrack Obama mulls whether he will throw his own hat in the ring yet again to run for president in 2020 against President Trump.

The Daily Mail notes –

“Biden has said he will make a decision about a 2020 presidential bid by January 2019.

The former vice president has been helping Democratic candidates in the 2018 elections, most notably giving a boost to Democratic Rep. Connor Lamb, who won a March special election in a House district that heavily went for Trump in 2016.”

Biden spoke with a resounding hypocrisy as he spoke of the current political climate in Washington for which the administration he served as vice president in is largely responsible. Decrying the lack of respect seen in Washington, Biden waved his hands around at times sounding more like televangelist looking to covert the “unbelievers” to his way of thinking. He showboated for all, seeing and being seen as though this were a campaign rally, rather than a memorial service.

Biden defended McCain’s values saying, “John understood that America was first and foremost an idea. All we do today is to attack the opposition in both parties – their motives, not the substance of their argument.”

For all of the defense of McCain’s so-called values it seems that Biden forgot that McCain was instrumental in the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. McCain himself hand-delivered the salacious and fictional “Steele dossier” to former FBI Director James Comey which lead the charge into the investigation into collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia in the 2016 presidential election. This dossier was used as the basis for the FISA warrants that were used to spy on the Trump campaign and a host of additional government malfeasance in a concerted effort to overthrow a duly elected American president. Or perhaps Biden merely supports sedition and treason, just as McCain did.

As they often do, the media attempts to whitewash and gloss over unfavorable attributes if the person is deemed to be useful in pushing the narrative of the moment. McCain is currently useful to the media, even in death, due to his abject hatred of all things Trump. Yet as the media often does as the propagate works of fiction, they seem to forget that research is not just a one-way street and not all of us have short memories.

While Biden is discussing whether or not he will run for president for a third time, President Trump himself has already weighed in. Speaking on the possibility of Biden being the Democratic nominee in the 2020 Presidental Election, President Trump told CBS News – “I dream about Biden. That’s a dream. Look, Joe Biden ran three times. He never got more than 1 percent and President Obama took him out of the garbage heap, and everybody was shocked that he did. I’d love to have it be Biden.”

Then there were those pesky accusations of plagiarism that forced Biden to drop out of the presidential race in 1988. Perhaps Biden should pipe down.

JUST IN! Move Over Grassley – There’s An AWESOME NEW Chairman In Town!

* By

As the most reliable and balanced news aggregation service in the world, RWN offers the following information published by Chicks On The Right:

Next time Trump nominates a Supreme Court Justice, it won’t be meek-n-mild Grassley heading the proceedings.

According to this:

According to The Hill, “Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is poised to become the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee after Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) announced Friday that he would step down to take over the chairmanship of the Finance Committee.”

The shuffle would put Graham, a close ally of President Trump who made headlines this fall with a forceful denunciation of Democrats during Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings, in charge of the panel handling judicial nominations.

Graham is up for reelection in 2020.

He praised Grassley’s leadership of the committee in a Tweet Friday.

“I very much appreciate Senate @ChuckGrassley’s leadership of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He chaired the committee with a steady hand, sense of fundamental fairness, and resolve,” Graham tweeted. “His leadership serves as a model to us all.”

In a subsequent statement, Graham said he would make confirming conservative judges a top priority.

“If I am fortunate enough to be selected by my colleagues to serve as chairman, I will push for the appointment and Senate confirmation of highly qualified conservative judges to the federal bench and aggressive oversight of the Department of Justice and FBI,” he said.

Graham’s ascension to chairman must be ratified by his GOP colleagues on Judiciary, but that is considered merely a formality.

The South Carolina Republican will also have jurisdiction over the Department of Justice and special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the Trump administration.

Graham met Thursday with Matthew Whitaker, the acting attorney general whom Trump appointed to replace Jeff Sessions the day after the election.

Whitaker assured the senator that he saw no reason to fire Mueller, something that has been a top concern of Democrats and some Republicans since Sessions’s resignation.

“Boy y’all want power. You want this seat? I hope you never get it. I hope the American people can through this sham.”

Lindsey won’t let THAT happen again, will he?

AAAAAND that’s not all.

Sen. Graham will also have jurisdiction over the Department of Justice and special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the Trump administration. After meeting with acting attorney general Matthew Whitaker on Thursday, Graham said he is “confident” that Mueller will not be fired while his investigation is underway.”

JUST IN: 66 DEAD And Over 600 Missing – Trump’s About To Make An Appearance

* By

As the most reliable and balanced news aggregation service in the world, RWN offers the following information published by Governor Palin:

“It is by far the most deadly single fire in California history and it’s going to get worse, unfortunately,” Thom Porter, chief of strategic planning for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, said of the Camp Fire which continues to burn through Northern California.

Firefighters are doing all they can to contain a trio of tremendously destructive fires burning across the state leading to the deaths of at least 66 people. Schools have closed, communities have been ruined, and the air quality continues to worsen as people are inhaling fumes from the ravaging flames.

ABC News describes the Camp Fire in Northern California as the “deadliest and most destructive” of the group as it has killed at least 63 people and, as of Thursday night, there are at least 631 people missing as the result of the fire.

The death toll includes only areas where search crews have been able to comb through. As the fire passes and more areas are opened up for these crews, Porter said, the toll is expected to climb. At least 11,862 buildings have been absolutely destroyed as a result of the fires.

ABC News reports California Governor Jerry Brown described the fallout from the fires as a “war zone”:

Gov. Jerry Brown toured the devastation caused by the Camp Fire on Wednesday with Brock Long, administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and U.S. Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke. The government leaders visited firefighters still battling the blaze, which burned 138,000 acres and obliterated the town of Paradise, destroying nearly every home in the community of 30,000 people.

“This is one of the worst disasters I’ve ever seen in my career, hands down,” Long said at a news conference Wednesday in Northern California.

Brown said the destruction “looks like a war zone.” He said he spoke earlier Wednesday to President Donald Trump, “who pledged the full resources of the federal government” to help in the recovery effort.

In a tweet, Governor-elect Gavin Newsom said: “Lives have been lost. Entire towns have been burned to the ground. Cars abandoned on the side of the road. People are being forced to flee their homes. This is not a time for partisanship. This is a time for coordinating relief and response and lifting those in need up.”

United States Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar declared a public health emergency, saying: “We are working closely with state health authorities and monitoring the needs of healthcare facilities to provide whatever they may need to save lives and protect health. This declaration will help ensure that Americans who are threatened by these dangerous wildfires and who rely on Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program have continuous access to the care they need.”

As ABC News also reports, President Trump is planning a visit to California to meet with victims and state officials.

“We mourn the lives of those lost and we pray for the victims. And there are more victims than anybody would ever even think possible,” Trump said at a Diwali ceremony on Tuesday. “I want to thank the firefighters and FEMA and first responders for their incredible courage in the face of very grave danger.”

“We will do everything in our power to support and protect our fellow citizens in harm’s way,” he added. “That’s a very tough situation.”
