BREAKING: Supreme Court Justice Arrested, Indicted On 22 Counts Fraud & Corruption

May not see him again!

A West Virginia Supreme Court justice is in very hot water and is about to go to prison it looks like. Allen H. Loughry II, a 47-year-old justice at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, faces up to 395 years in prison and $5.5 million in fines after being hit with a 22-count indictment on numerous charges of fraud and corruption. Someone’s been a very naughty judge. He was charged by a federal grand jury on Wednesday with fraud, false statements, and witness tampering offenses. Loughry will be back in court this week to answer the charges against him.

“A federal grand jury has charged a Justice on the state’s highest court with numerous and serious federal crimes,” United States Attorney Mike Stuart said in a statement just released. “On this day—West Virginia Day—the people of our great state deserve better. They have worked too hard and too long to tolerate misconduct that strikes at the heart of the public’s trust by their elected officials. I intend to do all that I can to ensure that our people have the honest government they deserve.”

This turn of events must have shocked the good people of West Virginia and really, really ticked them off. Among his offenses, Loughry is accused of using a government vehicle and credit card on personal trips. He was living it up on the public dime. He also unlawfully converted to his own use a historically significant piece of furniture – a desk that belonged to famed architect Cass Gilbert. Loughry has also been charged with attempting to obstruct and influence testimonial evidence of a Supreme Court employee in an imminent grand jury investigation. His alleged corruption is long and deep and now very, very public.

Justice Loughry was arrested by FBI agents on Wednesday at his home. He was then transported to the federal courthouse in Charleston for processing and to schedule his arraignment. He was not expected to be detained pending his trial. That surprises me. I would think his bail would be revoked and he would be detained as a flight risk. “Public corruption is a top investigative priority for the FBI,” FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge Nick Boshears said. “It erodes public confidence and undermines the Rule of Law. We want the people we serve to know the FBI will hold those accountable who betray the public’s trust.” It’s a pity the FBI doesn’t hold itself accountable these days. Just sayin’.

Trending: In Historic 9-0 Decision, Supreme Court Just Shredded Democrats – YUGE!!!!

This looks like a very bad guy and I’m glad he was busted. Loughry took office in 2012. He was selected to serve as Chief Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court in April 2017, but later that year was replaced amid reports that he and another justice spent more than a million dollars of public funds. He has since been suspended without pay. He deserves far worse than that in my book.

Loughry is a registered Republican but is facing much more serious jail time than Democrats caught in similar circumstances. Not that he doesn’t deserve it, but the law should be blind to politics and social status. All of them should face the same justice. I would say however, 395 years seems excessive on all this. I doubt that will be his sentence. There is no doubt he’s going to prison, but it will be significantly less than the maximum here.

House Speaker Tim Armstead (R-WV) released the following statement regarding the indictment of Supreme Justice Allen Loughry:

“I’m saddened and disappointed to read these very serious allegations of corruption by a member of our state’s highest court contained in today’s indictment. I am deeply troubled by these allegations and believe my fellow West Virginians are as well.

“Under the legal process in our nation and state, Justice Loughry will be afforded due process as the case against him is prosecuted. While he has been suspended from sitting on the court and is not receiving pay, I would reiterate my belief that it is in our state’s best interest for Justice Loughry to resign so we can begin the long process of restoring our citizens’ trust in their judicial system.

“Regardless of what course Justice Loughry may choose to take, the Legislature will continue its work to get to the bottom of what has occurred, to evaluate the evidence and assess how best to proceed to ensure that our judges and all public officials are held to the highest legal and ethical standards.”

Sharky Democrat House and Senate leaders say they are renewing their call to begin impeachment proceedings for Justice Allen Loughry. They smell Republican blood in the water and are going for it. “As we stated in our June 8th letter to the Governor, President Carmichael and Speaker Armstead, our citizens deserve to be protected against corruption- and the Legislature must stand strong against Justice Loughry’s abuse of power,” Senate Minority Leader Roman Prezioso (D-WV) stated in a press release.

“The announcement today of the federal indictment of Supreme Court Justice Loughry is not surprising,” House of Delegates Minority Leader Tim Miley (D-WV) added. “The Governor and Republican leadership must take immediate action – and I am hoping that perhaps today’s news will prompt them to finally initiate an impeachment proceeding. Continued delay reflects tacit indifference to his behavior.”

Regardless of political affiliation, no one is above the law. If Loughry is guilty, then he should be punished to the full extent of the law here. He should resign while these charges are worked out legally. He’s charged with 16 counts of mail fraud, two counts of wire fraud, one count of witness tampering and three counts of making false statements to a federal agent. Even a state Supreme Court justice has to answer to the rule of law.

Suspect From ‘Extremist Muslim’ Compound Lived In US Illegally For Over 20 years -THEY FOUND EVERYTHING!

The situation just got even more shocking.

Published

on

More devastating news has been revealed involving one of the five suspects who was arrested at the filthy extremist Muslim compound in New Mexico. The bust involved multiple children being held as if they were living in dire starvation, being trained as school shooters, and now we’re learning more about one of the suspects living at that compound.

Her name is Jany Leveille, she’s 35, and she was detained by ICE. She was living in America illegally for over 20 years. She will soon face a judge to discuss her immigration status, which could end up in her being deported. However, many would like to see her serve jail time as they believe a punishment should be served. Just sending her back to her home country may be nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Of course, if she serves a prison sentence there, then that would be acceptable. Crimes against children should not be tolerated.

This is yet another reason why President Trump and many presidents before him, such as Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, have wanted to take a strong stand on immigration reform and people following the law. Even Hillary Clinton at times has spoken out about illegal immigration, but somehow her followers are fighting against Trump as he talks about the potential for a border wall.

MSN provided more specific details on the immigration status of the person involved:

“One of five suspects arrested at an “extremist Muslim” compound in northern New Mexico is originally from Haiti — and has lived in the U.S. illegally for more than 20 years, federal officials said Wednesday.

“Jany Leveille, 35, was detained by immigration officials Tuesday and soon must appear before a judge to resolve her immigration status, which could lead to her deportation, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said in a statement.

“’Leveille has been unlawfully present in the U.S. for more than 20 years after overstaying the validity of her non-immigrant visitor visa,” ICE said.

“Leveille moved to Brooklyn, N.Y., from Haiti in 1998 after her father died, Von Cehelet Leveille, the woman’s brother, told Reuters. She has moved several times since coming to the U.S., living in Georgia, Philadelphia and New York after separating from her husband, the brother said.

“Leveille lived at the New Mexico compound with her current husband Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and their children since January, prosecutors said. She has six children, ages 1 to 15, her brother told Reuters.

“The couple and two others were arrested during an Aug. 4 raid. Wahhaj was still being held on an outstanding warrant from Georgia, while the two others remained in custody.

“The children discovered at the compound earlier this month were both trained to use firearms and taught multiple tactical techniques in order to k**l teachers, law enforcement officers and other representatives of institutions they found corrupt, state prosecutors said on Monday.

“Three-year-old Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj, who had been missing since December, allegedly died amid a ritualistic religious ceremony held on the grounds in an effort to “cast out demonic spirits,” Reuters reported.”

Violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants is nothing new. In fact, it seems to be one of the main reasons that people are so adamant about the immigration laws being protected. Why should people be allowed into the country if they’re simply going to commit heinous crimes? America has enough crime of its own with our own citizens, so the last thing we need is someone coming here to commit more crimes. Of course, they’re probably milking the welfare system too, thus being a burden on our government and the taxpayers.

Some of the most horrible crimes committed involve an illegal alien beating an elderly woman, a man protected by sanctuary city status raping a child, and now this crime that involves holding kids like prisoners in squalid conditions.

Consider these types of crimes and the fact that the people from the New Mexico compound were performing a ghetto style exorcism trying to “cast out demonic spirits” from a child, who was then found deceased, and you can see why people want to deport illegal immigrants. For every good person out there, there’s a few of the criminal type who ruin it for everyone. Had they followed the law and laid low, then no one would really know about them.

With all of that going on, we haven’t even touched on drug smuggling, but that’s a big business that won’t ever stop. There’s no reason to continue a war on drugs. May as well call it population control at this point. That’s another discussion for another day.

How can President Trump get his border wall funded? If he cut welfare to immigrants who are able-bodied and available for work, then would he have enough money to fund his wall?

That remains to be seen. There’s a lot of paper that needs to be pushed around before things like that ever take place. It’s not one of those overnight kind of things, but maybe it should be.

Couple Bikes Through Middle East to Prove People Are Kind, ISIS Decided To Butcher Them

This is the result of a liberal mindset.

Published

on

People are not always what they seem to be and there is a lot of evil out in the world. It seems an increasingly dangerous place these days. My personal opinion is that evil is not a complexity of humans, but instead a state of being for which an individual is responsible for. Unfortunately, a young, idealistic American couple decided to bike through the Middle East to prove to people how kind others are and instead learned just how very wrong they were. There are some mistakes you don’t come back from.

Jay Austin and Lauren Geoghegan, both 29, decided last year that they had had it with the daily grind and they quit their office jobs in Washington, DC. They then decided on taking the trip of a lifetime; a cycling trip around the world. Austin was a vegan who worked for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and Geoghegan was a vegetarian who worked in the Georgetown University admissions office. These young altruistic liberals decided that they were wasting their lives working.

“There’s magic out there, in this great big beautiful world,” wrote Jay Austin who, along with his partner, Lauren Geoghegan, gave his two weeks’ notice last year before shipping his bicycle to Africa.

“I’ve grown tired of spending the best hours of my day in front of a glowing rectangle, of coloring the best years of my life in swaths of grey and beige,” Austin wrote on his blog before he quit. “I’ve missed too many sunsets while my back was turned. Too many thunderstorms went unwatched, too many gentle breezes unnoticed.” Noble sentiments unfortunately not shared by those he would soon encounter.

The young couple kept records of their year-long foray on Instagram and on a blog. According to the New York Times, they shared “the openheartedness they wanted to embody and the acts of kindness reciprocated by strangers.”

“You read the papers and you’re led to believe that the world is a big, scary place,” Austin wrote. “People, the narrative goes, are not to be trusted. People are bad. People are evil. I don’t buy it,” he went on. “Evil is a make-believe concept we’ve invented to deal with the complexities of fellow humans holding values and beliefs and perspectives different than our own… By and large, humans are kind. Self-interested sometimes, myopic sometimes, but kind. Generous and wonderful and kind.”

I wish that were always true. This couple’s fatal mistake was to believe their own prose about the nature of some humans in parts of some of the darkest places on the planet.

The tragic end for these two liberal dreamers came after they arrived in Tajikistan. That country faces a threat of terrorism and is near northern Afghanistan, which has a significant ISIS presence. They weren’t biking directly through ISIS territory, but in the end, it didn’t matter. As they rode their bikes on July 29th, a car rammed them, according to CBS News. Five ISIS members jumped out of the car and then proceeded to stab the couple to d***h. They also killed two other cyclists, one from Switzerland and the other from the Netherlands.

Just two days later, ISIS claimed credit by releasing a video that showed these same men posing in front of the group’s black Jihadist flag. They stared into the camera and vowed to k**l “disbelievers.” There is little doubt it was indeed ISIS that took their lives. This could have happened anywhere, but the Middle East is prone to such attacks. It is not a safe place as many mistakenly believe. But then again, neither is Chicago.

From the New York Times:

“In the video released by the Islamic State after the couple’s d***h, the men pledging allegiance to the group can be seen sitting on a stone slab, an aquamarine lake partly visible over their left shoulders. It’s the kind of panorama that the young couple might have stopped to capture and post on their blog.

“But in the clip, when these men point to the scenery around them, they vow to slaughter the “disbelievers” who have overrun their land.”

This is the result of a liberal mindset that cannot come to terms with violent reality. There are those that wish to hurt others and that have evil intentions. It falls to each of us to protect ourselves and each other.

This is why conservatives believe in the Second Amendment so strongly. It’s also why the left calling to abolish ICE, their stance against police and their wild swing into unfettered socialism is patently insane. This couple learned how wrong they were too late. Hopefully, America as a whole will learn to face reality before we face a similar fate as a nation.

Don’t get me wrong. There is a great good in the world. But there is also great evil. Unfortunately for this couple, the latter found them.
