BREAKING: Transcript released of letter from ‘Jane Doe’ Kavanaugh accuser

Published

on

Daily Wire Reported on this transcript Sent To Senator Harris’s office: On Sunday evening, the Senate Judiciary Committee released the transcript of a telephone interview with Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh given by Senate Democrats on Wednesday, the night before the hearing. The interview included questions regarding a highly dubious, nonspecific, anonymous accusation of rape received by the office of Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA).

A woman who offered no return address or name sent a letter to Sen. Harris’ office marked “urgent.” This anonymous person outlined a scenario wherein Kavanaugh allegedly forced her to give him oral sex in a car as his unnamed friend in the backseat assisted by covering her mouth. “They forced me to go into the backseat and took turns raping me several times each,” the letter alleges, adding that Kavanaugh also struck her in the face and threatened her not to tell.

This anonymous person has offered no location, no date, no corroboration, no names.

By bringing up the totally baseless and ambiguous accusation, the Democrats ensured that it would be on record to add to the cloud over the judge.

After confirming that, as well as no name, there was no date and no location identified by the accuser, a Committee member read the “handwritten two-and-a-half page letter,” which Kavanaugh said he was completely unaware of.

Here’s the letter, as read by one of the Committee members:

Dear, Senator Grassley, et al.

The current situation regarding the accusations made by Dr. Ford against Brett Kavanaugh have prompted me to write you today. I have moved on with my life since he forced himself on me as well. The times were so different, and I didn’t expect to be taken seriously, embarrass my family, be believed at all. I was at a party with a friend. I had been drinking. She left with another boy, leaving me to find my own way home. Kavanaugh and a friend offered me a ride home. I don’t know the other boy’s name. I was in his car to go home. His friend was behind me in the backseat. Kavanaugh kissed me forcefully. I told him I only wanted a ride home. Kavanaugh continued to grope me over my clothes, forcing his kisses on me and putting his hand under my sweater. ‘No,’ I yelled at him. The boy in the backseat reached around, putting his hand over my mouth and holding my arm to keep me in the car. I screamed into his hand. Kavanaugh continued his forcing himself on me. He pulled up my sweater and bra exposing my breasts, and reached into my panties, inserting his fingers into my vagina. My screams were silenced by the boy in the backseat covering my mouth and groping me as well. Kavanaugh slapped me and told me to be quiet and forced me to perform oral sex on him. He climaxed in my mouth. They forced me to go into the backseat and took turns raping me several times each. They dropped me off two blocks from my home. ‘No one will believe if you tell. Be a good girl,’ he told me. Watching what has happened to Anita Hill and Dr. Ford has me petrified to come forward in person or even provide my name. A group of white men, powerful senators who won’t believe me, will come after me. Like Dr. Ford, I’m a teacher, I have an education, a family, a child, a home. I have credibility. Just because something happens a long time ago, because a rape victim doesn’t want to personally come forward, does not mean something can’t be true.

Jane Doe, Oceanside, California.

Here’s the exchange that took place after the letter was read to Kavanaugh (the names of the Committee members speaking are redacted):

Judge Kavanaugh: Nothing — the whole thing is ridiculous. Nothing ever — anything like that, nothing I mean, that’s — the whole thing is just a crock, farce, wrong, didn’t happen, not anything close.

Okay. I’m going to go through a few of the specific allegations just to have your responses. Have you ever kissed a woman against her will while driving her home from a party?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

[…]

Have you ever put a hand under a woman’s sweater while your — while your friend put his hand over her mouth or held her arm?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever put your hand under a woman’s sweater after she told you she only wanted a ride home?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever put a hand under a woman’s sweater after she yelled “no?”

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever had a friend silence a woman while you were engaged in a physical encounter with her?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever used fingers to penetrate a woman’s vagina against her will?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you ever slapped a woman and told her to be quiet while forcing her to perform oral sex on you?

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

Have you and a friend ever taken turns raping a woman?

Judge Kavanaugh. No.

Have you ever told a woman you assaulted “no one will believe if you tell, be a good girl?”

Judge Kavanaugh: No.

“Do you object to the public release of what you have said today on this phone call, including the public release of the transcript?” Kavanaugh was asked at the end of the questioning.

“I do not object,” he answered.

Trump Just Had All 575 Of Them Arrested After Busting Them In The Act Of Taking Him Out

Thursday, on Capitol Hill in D.C., roughly two thousand women showed up to protest President Trump’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy. That included a number of Democratic politicians. At least one Senator from Seattle, Washington was arrested, processed and released on the scene. She was busted with 575 of her closest comrades who would love to take Trump out. Among them was actress Susan Sarandon as confirmed by her representative Teal Cannaday. “I was moved by the passionate, committed response to ending the separation of families seeking asylum and the incarceration of children,” Sarandon’s statement read. “This is a moral, not political question and I’m proud to have stood with the hundreds of women to say that we do not accept this. Unite families and abolish ICE.” Not so much. It is a Marxist question, not a moral one.

The protest culminated in a sit-in at the Hart Senate Office building, during which many of the protesters wrapped themselves in foil blankets, reminiscent of the silver Mylar blankets migrant children have been seen with in photos taken from detention centers. Three hours after Sarandon’s announcement that she had been arrested, she praised the protest, writing, “Powerful, beautiful action with hundreds of women saying we demand the reunification of families separated by immoral ICE policy. This is what Democracy looks like. #WomenDisobey.” There were chants of “What do we want? Free families!” and “This is what democracy looks like!”

This is the hot, new talking point for the left. They want ICE abolished and the borders wide open. It’s not really about reuniting children with their parents at all. In fact, that has already been done. It’s a faux issue. Thousands of leftist women marched through the capital and then parked themselves in the Senate office building in the atrium. They called it a “mass civil disobedience” act to protest the Trump administration’s immigration policy. The ones that squeezed into the atrium were arrested for blocking access and illegally crowding the space. In my book, they should have been hit with much more serious charges. According to the United States Capitol Police, approximately 575 protesters were charged with “unlawfully demonstrating.” Police said they were all processed on the scene and then released because there were far too many to actually throw in jail.

Susan Sarandon is now 71. She’s reliving her youthful hippy days and as a devout follower of Bernie Sanders, she’s going for commie gold here. She shared the news via Twitter Thursday, saying: “Arrested. Stay strong. Keep fighting” with the hashtag #WomenDisobey. Yeah, breaking the rule of law is always sound advice, not. Sarandon also tweeted out her thoughts on the issue and protest, as well as images from the sit-in, including calls-to-action. “Abolishing ICE & family separations/detention is bigger than either of us. If ur in D.C., please come out & march,” she tweeted. The march was organized by the Women’s March and the Center for Popular Democracy.

Sarandon has been very vocal in her criticism of Trump in the past, but she says that she is optimistic about America’s capacity to create a real change now that people are “awake and scared.” Fear is a such a potent weapon for the left. “I’m actually optimistic because I think we’re seeing an amazing revolution happening,” she explained in 2017. “Not by the people that claim to be political but by Americans, and I have great faith in America. You’re seeing more people running that have never run.” “If you’re acting and you’re paying attention — you have to constantly be calling your representatives,” she added. “And ultimately it could make a difference.” If you’ll remember, Sarandon can’t stand Hillary Clinton, but she loves Bernie Sanders. That tells you all you need to know right there.

A major protest is taking place today in Washington, D.C., with sister rallies across the country. Hundreds of thousands will take part in a fake cause meant to push a Marxist political agenda and Susan Sarandon will be in the thick of it. Sarandon also supported the Women’s March on Washington in January 2017. Earlier this month, she marched to end gun violence in New York as well and in March she joined Cher at the March for Our Lives rally in Washington in support of tighter gun control. She’s fully embracing her inner socialist in her twilight years.

More than 700 events are planned today worldwide against Trump’s “zero-tolerance” approach towards immigration. Thousands of people arrived early today at Lafayette Park outside the White House in preparation for what is expected to be one of the biggest protests the country has seen against President Trump’s immigration policies, with rallies planned across all 50 states. “Throw him out,” protesters chanted as they prepared to march in the nation’s capital. It’s called the “Families Belong Together” protest. As usual, the left is calling Trump Hitler and is calling ICE facilities black sites or concentration camps. They are calling for the total abolishment of ICE during all of this and want Trump removed from office. It’s not going to happen under President Trump, thank goodness.

Heavily Armed Aliens Just Showed Up And Are Caught On Camera – This Is Just The Beginning

Jim Chilton is a fifth-generation rancher in Arizona that finds himself on the front lines of the battle of border security and illegal immigration. He and his wife, Sue live it daily.

The 79-year-old owns and tends a 50,000-acre ranch situated on the U.S.-Mexico border and his property has become a hotspot for illegal aliens crossing into the country. Unlike the heavily fortified border fence in Arizona, the only barriers separating the Chilton ranch from the Mexican border are four strands of rusty barbed wire strung along steel posts.

While tending his cattle, Chilton states he packs no less than two guns and at least 5 gallons of water. The pistol and rifle are to help him ward off the drug smugglers, mules, and human traffickers, or coyotes as they are also known, as they continuously breach the border through his land.

The water is for thirsty border crossers lured by the promise of American jobs and a better life. Chilton states that it used to be that border crossers were simply part of the normal rhythm of everyday life on their ranch. People would come and go freely between the Mexican state of Sonora and Arizona to and from work.

Chilton states: “You’d feed them and give them water and directions.”

The rancher remarked that he has noticed a recent uptick in the number of individuals attempting to use his ranch to enter the country illegally for nefarious means as well. It was not always that way he says.

The early 2000s saw a marked shift as traffic increased significantly in overwhelming numbers, both for the region itself and for its ranchers. Approximately two years ago the migrant traffic slowed to a near halt, and a massive increase in drug smugglers and human traffickers began to flood across the border onto the Chilton ranch.

Now Sue states they are much more guarded about offering any assistance, stating: “At this point, I’m not opening the door except in the rarest of cases.” The danger is simply too great.

As the national debate rages hot over border security and illegal immigration, the Chiltons are living the reality of it. As a result, they have developed a bit more of a nuanced view, attempting to balance their desire for security and protecting America’s borders with the reality of desperate people – men, women, and children alike – wandering across their land starving and parched from the unforgiving desert sun.

Chilton says he does not understand why building a wall to fortify the border is even a question.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Chilton states that:

“Although he respects the Border Patrol agents in the region, he said, he doesn’t understand why they won’t fortify and build a substantial border fence along the Arivaca region, including the five miles of international boundary alongside his ranch.

“It’s inhumane, he said, to allow border crossers to walk in easily through the border, putting their lives at risk from cold nights and hot days. Many are apprehended farther inland anyway.

“The border should be secured at the border,” he said.”

“The couple lament a recently shuttered Border Patrol outpost, the agency’s only significant presence in that area. The outpost, which operated near the ranch, was closed because of budget cuts.

“The couple have even offered to lease 20 acres of their land — about 500 yards from the border — to Border Patrol officials for $1 a year for an outpost. They said the government had not taken them up on the offer.”

The couple states they believe in some sort of guest worker program similar to the federal program previously in place in the 1940s when temporary Mexican laborers were legally allowed to work in the United States. There were no cartels to pay. No human traffickers. No dying in the desert.

At least two neighboring ranchers have chosen to leave rather than continue to fight in the last few years because of just how dangerous the border security situation has gotten. However, the Chiltons state they intend to stay on their land, though it has proven very costly for them to do so.

The cost of maintaining water lines, as well as the international fence to repair it from all the slashing and trampling it undergoes, costs them thousands of dollars in repairs.

Sue states: “We have to maintain the fence or the cattle would all go to Mexico, y no habla español.

“She gazed out at the trails on the other side of the measly fence, which stretches 15 miles east until it hooks up with an actual border wall in Nogales. She pointed out a network of trails that scar a hill on the Mexican side. It zigzags, leading toward the international fence on the Chilton’s ranch,” reports the LA Times.

“It’s almost as though we have ceded a swath of this United States of America… It has been ceded to operational control of the cartels,” she said.”
