Imagine being a dad and walking in to discover a man raping your five-year-old daughter. What do you do? Think about it for a moment. Horrible situation, your rage flying all over the place and all you want to do is protect your child and family from harmful people. Well, that’s basically what happened to a father in Texas who found a rapist harming his child. The father immediately sprung into action, fighting with the rapist until the rapist was off his daughter. The fight ensued and the pedophile wasn’t on the victim anymore, but the father then knocked the rapist around a little too much and he passed out. The father called 911 and even tried to save the pedophile’s life, but it was too late. The dad k****d the pedophile.
Now what? Now the child is safe but harmed horribly, the father is now facing m****r charges, and the pedophile will be buried or cremated. The father, if convicted of m****r, might not see his child again for a very long time – all for doing what every good father should do – protect their family.
It wasn’t that long until the father learned his fate about delivering the deadly justice to his daughter’s rapist. It was good news though because he will not be charged with homicide thanks to the state law in Texas. If that wasn’t a huge moment of relief, then I don’t know what is.
Thank goodness this man will not be charged with homicide. If anything, the father who saved his child deserves a medal for putting a depraved predator to rest and they won’t harm another child.
The father’s identity has been kept confidential in order to protect the identity of the child. The incident was originally covered on the local news and the video below.
The Daily Mail provided the details:
“A Texas father who discovered a man raping his five-year-old daughter and beat him to d***h with his bare hands will not be charged with homicide under state law.
A Lavaca County grand jury decided not to press charges against the 23-year-old father in the June 9th d***h of Jesus Mora Flores, 47, who was k****d inside a remote shack after he was caught molesting the young girl.
Under Texas state law, deadly force is authorized and indeed, justified in order to stop an aggravated sexual assault and coupled with the fact that the harrowing 911 calls made by the father back claims he even tried to save the pedophile’s life led to the grand jury’s decision.
Lavaca County sheriff’s deputies said that the father, whose name has not been released to protect the little girl’s identity, sent her and her brother to feed the family’s chickens.
The boy rushed back to tell his dad that someone had grabbed his sister and taken her to a small secluded shack and the father rushed towards his daughter’s screams and arrived to find them both with their underwear off.
Flying into a rage, the father beat Flores unconscious, but attempted to call 911 for the rapist after he had made sure his daughter was safe.
Sheriff Micah Harmon had said in June that he was not willing to press charges against the father, rather the case would be presented to a grand jury.
At the time, Harmon said that the man was ‘very remorseful’ and didn’t know at the time he had k****d Flores.
‘You have a right to defend your daughter,’ Harmon told CNN at the time. ‘The girl’s father acted in defense of his third person. Once the investigation is completed we will submit it to the district attorney who then submits it to the grand jury, who will decide if they will indict him.’
Indeed, the father is heard profanely screaming at a dispatcher who couldn’t locate the property.
Becoming increasingly frazzled, the father at one point tells the dispatcher he’s going to put the man in his truck and drive him to a hospital before sheriff’s deputies finally arrive.
V’Anne Huser, the father’s attorney, sternly told reporters several times during a news conference at the Lavaca County courthouse that neither the father nor the family will ever give interviews.
‘He’s a peaceable soul,’ Huser said. ‘He had no intention to k**l anybody that day.”
WATCH: Woman Arrested At The NM Muslim Compound Was Discovered On CNN!
Funny how CNN forgot to mention this.
Wow, now this is truly crazy and if it turns out to be true it would mean it’s a new all-time low for the “Fake News” giant that is CNN.
One of the “women” who was arrested at the New Mexico Muslim compound once actually appeared on CNN. And the best part is even though CNN correctly reported on Hujrah Wahhaj as being one of the suspects, they conveniently never revealed that she was on their network.
Hey @CNN did you know that one of the women arrested on #NewMexicoCompound (where they were training children to carry out school shootings and found the body of a toddler) visited you? Why didn’t you use her photo #NMCompound pic.twitter.com/2zOYQdJqSO

Funny how CNN forgot to mention this, don’t you agree?
Whatever happened here between CNN and this accused terrorist at least we can report that District Attorney Donald Gallegos is now planning to appeal the decision to release these people on bond by the Democrat Judge who was appointed by the Governor of New Mexico Susana Martinez.
— Ryan Laughlin (@RyanLaughlinKOB) August 15, 2018
Earlier in the week, Judge Sarah Backus, who seems to have a history of leniency when it comes to child abusers, released the group with a low signature bond of $20,000 pending trial. They’ll have to wear an ankle monitor during that time and cannot leave the country. Luckily one of the women has been detained by federal immigration officials but no further information has come out on her.
Here is more on this case via 100PercentFedup:
“The five suspects, Siraj Wahhaj, Hujrah Wahhaj, Lucas Morton, Jany Leveille and Subhannah Wahhaj face 11 counts of child abuse. The raid on the compound the 11 children lived in was filthy. The children were dressed in rags, had no shoes and little to eat. People on the scene said the children looked like Holocaust survivors.
“Other than child abuse and a d**d child found on the property, prosecuters presented a case of possible terrorist training for an attack but the judge rejected the claim…Insane!
“The leader of the compound took weapons classes before he moved to New Mexico. The 11 children were taught how to load and fire assault rifles. A letter was found from the compound leader telling his brother to come to New Mexico to become a martyr.
“When the tactical team raided the compound, they found children holding boxes of ammo and one teen claimed he was armed.
“During the raid, Wahhaj was “heavily armed with an A***5 rifle, five loaded 30-round magazines, and four loaded pistols, including one in his pocket when he was taken down,” according to the Taos County sheriff’s office.
“New Mexico prosecutors said at least one child at the compound was being trained to commit school shootings.
“THE DEFENSE USED THE “WHAT IF THEY WERE CHRISTIANS” DEFENSE:
“The Defense said that it’s “prudent” to teach children how to use a weapon. They tried to distance themselves from the weapons and then used the comparison to a Christian group who was armed. They basically tried to turn the tables to make this a Muslim vs Christian issue when it’s not.
“Each of the 5 suspects was given a low bond and will wear an ankle monitor…The children are in protective custody with state welfare workers. Any visits to the children by the 5 suspects will be supervised.
“OUR PREVIOUS REPORT ON THE COMPOUND:
“HERE’S WHAT THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA ISN’T TELLING YOU! The story below will have you asking how a Muslim compound like this can exist in America. Someone MUST have seen something and someone must know what happened to a young boy who is still missing! The missing 4-year old’s father was arrested at the New Mexico compound and isn’t speaking. He’s the son of an imam with a “checkered past”:
“FIVE RELATIVES OF A VERY PROMINENT IMAM WITH A CHECKERED PAST WERE LIVING IN A SQUALID NEW MEXICO COMPOUND:
“Siraj Wahhaj, is a well-known imam, who speaks at mosques across the country, including the Georgia and New York City locations of Masjid At-Taqwa.
“Prosecutors named the elder Siraj Wahhaj — born Jeffrey Kearse — as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. He also was a character witness in the trial of convicted terror plotter Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman.
“HOW COULD THIS COMPOUND EXIST AND THIS YOUNG BOY JUST DISAPPEAR?
“While the main stream media has been focusing on the Muslim desert encampment discovered in New Mexico, a young boy is STILL missing.
“A Georgia family is still looking for a young boy who has been missing since mid-December. Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj was last seen in on December 13th traveling with his father who was just found at a squalid encampment in New Mexico.
“Eleven children and three adults were also found living in the filthy compound that was made from a makeshift berm of tires and an RV.
“There was little water and food for the children who were dressed in rags. Officials on the scene said the children looked like concentration camp survivors with ribs sticking out.
“The missing child’s mother reported Siraj Ibn Wahhaj in December when he took his son claiming he would give the boy an exorcism because he was “possessed by the devil”. The boy suffers from mental and physical problems including seizures.
“The authorities were alerted by someone within the compound who messaged that, “We are starving and need food and water.” The compound was searched and still the boy hasn’t been found. All of the 11 other children are in protective custody.
“On Sunday, the Taos County sheriff announced 11 charges of child cruelty against all five adults: Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, Lucas Allen Morton, Jany Leveille, Hujrah Wahhaj and Subhannah Wahhaj.
“Jany Leville is one of the three women arrested – all three women wore the traditional Muslim veil.
“None of the adults will say where the missing four-year-old is located…
“The grandfather of the little boy, Siraj Wahhaj, is a well-known imam, who speaks at mosques across the country, including the Doraville and New York City locations of Masjid At-Taqwa.”
Now let’s be honest here. If these people would have been Trump supporters this hack judge would most likely have locked them up without bail and would have thrown away the key. But since they are Muslims they probably get a pass because of political correctness and the fact that the Democrat Party seems to have a soft spot for the crimes these people commit.
Let’s hope the New Mexico Attorney General can get these people sent to jail without bail and that he can find a way to impeach this judge who seems to have the integrity of a typical Democrat politician.
Judge In Muslim Compound Case Just Admitted Why She Granted Release – It All Makes Sense Now!
This isn’t the first time she’s done this.
On August 3, 2018, federal authorities raided a makeshift compound shielded by old tires, wooden pallets, and other garbage in New Mexico. 11 children were found malnourished and starving, living in squalor. One child was found d**d and buried. Three women – Jany Leveille, 35, Hujrah Wahhaj, 38, and Subhannah Wahhaj, 35, a man – Lucas Morton, and 39-year-old Siraj Wahhaj were arrested. The details that continue to emerge surrounding this situation are nothing less than disturbing.
They were training these children, ranging in age from just 1-year-old to 15-years-old, to commit school shootings, as well as to target Christians, law enforcement, and other persons of authority. There are also obvious charges of child abuse and the very distinct possibility that these people may indeed be a danger to the public at large. Indeed, state prosecutors made just that argument in an effort to keep these individuals locked away in jail while they await trial.
Yet Judge Sarah Backus clearly disagreed stating prosecutors failed to meet the benchmark in their preliminary arguments. She then ordered the detained individuals to be released on a $20,000 “signature bond” – meaning no money is required up front and would be due only if the defendants violate conditions of release.
All could be released as soon as today, with the exception of Siraj. He remains in custody on additional charges stemming from a Georgia warrant for his arrest. He is also accused of kidnapping his 3-year-old son, Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj. The little boy is believed to have died while his father was performing an exorcism. The remains of a 3-year-old boy were found buried at a tunnel near the compound wrapped in plastic and cloth. His identity has not yet been confirmed but is believed to be Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj. Wahhaj’s son was not among the children rescued.
Adding to this horror, Wahhaj is from a family with definitive terror ties. He is the son of a prominent Brooklyn imam, also named Siraj Wahhaj, who was named by prosecutors as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The elder Wahhaj has close ties to Muslim rights groups like the Islamic Circle of North American, the Muslim American Society and the Center for American Islamic Relations and is the current head of the Masjid At-Taqwa mosque. He was also a character witness in the trial for Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, known as the notorious “Blind Sheikh” convicted in 1995 of plotting terror attacks in the United States.
So how on earth exactly did four of the five suspects receive bail from Judge Backus? Better yet, WHY? Let alone a bail at such a paltry amount of $20,000 and on a signature bond no less! Well, it seems Judge Backus has a history of making these sorts of troubling decisions concerning violent offenders.
According to Fox News:
“The state judge who on Monday set a $20,000 bail for five defendants arrested at a remote New Mexico compound where authorities say children were being trained to conduct school shootings has a history of issuing low bail to violent offenders.
“Judge Sarah Backus, an elected Democrat, ordered the two men and three women to wear ankle monitors, have weekly contact with their attorneys and not consume alcohol or own firearms while on bail. She said although she was concerned by “troubling facts,” prosecutors failed to articulate any specific threats to the community.
“Monday isn’t the first time Backus has issued low bail for suspects accused of violent crimes.
“Just last month, she set a $10,000 bond for Rafael Orozco, a 24-year-old Taos man accused of battering his girlfriend, his newborn child and a health care worker at Holy Cross Hospital in September 2016.
“Police said Orozco prompted a lockdown at the hospital after punching his girlfriend as she breastfed their newborn in front of a male doctor, the Santa Fe New Mexican reported. Cops said Orozco then grabbed the mother by the throat and slapped the baby.
“Orozco reportedly fled the hospital and was arrested in Rio Arriba County a few months later. While in prison, Orozco was accused of other crimes, including obtaining Suboxone, an opioid medication, and pulling a fire alarm. A year later, he and his brother, Cristian Orozco, were charged with assaulting and threatening a guard.
“In September, Backus approved an order to incarcerate Orozco at the Lea County Correctional Facility until his trial. His defense attorney recently filed a motion arguing for his release and last month, Backus ruled in his favor.”
The FBI chose to weigh in on the case, speaking out for the first time, reports KOB 4:
“FBI agent Travis Taylor testified saying that, according to interviews conducted between the FBI and two teens from the compound, Siraj Wahhaj would lead rituals that included reading from the Quran and centered on his son, who authorities said suffered from seizures.
“During these rituals, per witness statements, the victim, Abdul (Ghani Wahhaj) would begin to choke and have white foam or slime come from his mouth and then pass out,” Taylor said.
“According to Taylor, the children were led to believe that the child, Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj, “would become Jesus” when his demons were exorcised. He added that once the child “became Jesus,” he would instruct the others of the property or the family what corrupt institutions to get rid of.”
“A body believed to be a child was found on the property in the days following the raid, but the Office of the Medical Investigator has yet to definitely identify it. Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj was not among the 11 children immediately found at the compound.”
