Damning Vid Of Ginsburg Surfaces Right After Trump’s SCOTUS Announcement – Dems Petrified

Published

on

Democrats better hold on tight because this damning video of the tired Ruth Bader Ginsburg insulting the U.S. Constitution just resurfaced and I bet she hoped it didn’t. Just after President Donald Trump announced Brett Kavanaugh as his next guy up for a spot in the Supreme Court of the United States, it was videos like this that made a resurgence to remind people about the character of those who could be sitting next to Kavanaugh any day now. This is a video that Ruth probably doesn’t want anyone to see anymore. She’s 85-years-old and should have retired 20 years ago, but she’s milking the system as she sleeps on the job.

Upon finding the video on YouTube, which appears to be published in 2012, the video description read “On a recent trip to Egypt, Ruth Bader Ginsburg trashed our Constitution and stated, “I would not look to the U.S. Constitution if I were drafting a constitution.” This treasonous left-wing fanatic stabs America in the back and spits on our Constitution with the typical liberal insult that it is old (and therefore no longer applies and should be completely disregarded).

Ginsburg turns 79 this year, so you may be inclined to forgive this remark thinking she’s as harmless as your crazy old aunt who fried her brain consuming too much LSD in the 60s. However, Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not your crazy old lunatic left-wing aunt. She is a sitting U.S. Supreme Court justice with appellate jurisdiction over all state and federal courts.

But what should we expect from a woman who is a Slick Willie Clinton appointee and former Anti-American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) lawyer?”

It appears as though people haven’t liked Ginsburg for quite a while. This video dates back to 2012 and people back then were sick of her. Just imagine what it was like before YouTube and what people said about her in public. It had to be disheartening for her, but if she’s really going to talk about the Constitution in a way that makes people dislike her, then she’s just going to have to deal with it.

The Ruth Bader Ginsburg video isn’t the only problem she has right now. She had the chance to retire under former President Barack Obama’s leadership and possibly allow Barack to fill her shoes with another Democrat. What happened? She tried to be cool and keep working until she was older than Jesus Christ himself, but then Donald Trump won and now she’s about to give liberals the shaft. At her age she needs to retire and enjoy the rest of her remaining years. She might live to 100, but does that mean she should work that long? Absolutely not. If Trump wins a second term, which is likely as long as people make it to the voting booth, then she will have to work until she’s in her early 90’s and then give “thoughts and prayers” that the president taking over for Trump is a Democrat.

If not, then Trump will get another seat and another choice. That means she basically screwed over her party so that she could act like the cool girl who works until she’s a million years old.

“At 84, “running out of gas” was obviously not a reference to the danger of creeping fatigue. For Ginsburg, of course, it was always a difficult decision. After all, she remains intellectually active and fully engaged on the Court. Her opinions continue to be powerful and probing treatments of the law. The precedent at risk is in no small degree precedent of her making. Yet, many justices time their retirements with an eye to who would appoint their replacements. Some have admitted that they try to engineer an appointment by one party or the other to preserve the balance of the Court.

Had Ginsburg retired early in the second Obama term, it is likely that her seat would have been filled even by a Republican-controlled Senate. Any resistance would likely have been further reduced with the second vacancy left by the death of Antonin Scalia. While Scalia’s seat may have stayed open, it is likely that Ginsburg’s would have been filled by an Obama nominee.

Now Ginsburg’s gamble on Hillary Clinton being elected could have sweeping impact on precedent that she played a major role in creating. With the elimination of the filibuster, the next nominee is hardly likely to be nuanced. Without the filibuster, Republicans have no excuse to compromise on a moderate. There is nothing standing in the way to appointing someone who is openly opposed to cases like Roe v. Wade. There is no plausible deniability based on the need to get to 60. In other words, the market has changed and the stock went bust.”

Hillary lost and now Ruth is stuck trying to work until Trump is out of office. She’ll probably fall asleep on the job and retire soon. To that, we say thanks, Ruth.

Trump will get likely pick another SCOTUS as a handful of dingy liberals cry about it.

Keep America great!

Sarah Sanders Receives Life-Changing News After She Suffers Vile Ambush

Sarah Sanders has made national headlines all week for the things she didn’t do. That’s because Sanders, the White House Press Secretary, has been on the receiving end of some very vile micro-aggressions from people like Michelle Wolf and any fans she might have.

Wolf, a comedian, tried ripping Sander’s heart out in a wicked ambush that tried tearing her soul apart by stating offensive sayings about Sanders’ appearance. This was during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and Sanders sat there taking the barrage like a champ.

She was patient, calm, and showed barely any reaction to the jokes Wolf threw her way, each joke a proverbial strike-out as she could barely garnish a laugh from the crowd.

Nevertheless, she persisted. Wolf carried on with the laughless jokes while Sanders silently absorbed the vocal punishment. Wolf was later criticized by people on all ends of politics for her classless performance that joked about serious issues such as abortion while knocking people about their physical appearance, even touching on femininity at times.

Critics tore Wolf’s performance apart across the nation, stating things that reminded Wolf of her own appearance and how someone like her might want to rethink criticizing someone else for their “looks” – which is nothing more than lowbrow humor at best.

It wasn’t long after that Sanders received the good news. It seemed like people favored her response, which was not more than a few lines, and praised her calm demeanor while Wolf stood upon the stage and tore into Sanders like a hungry wild animal in the woods.

Faith Family America reported a bit more on the Sanders and Wolf feud: “Throughout the performance, Wolf “joked” that Sanders “burned facts.” She also likened the press secretary to a macho softball coach and mocked her confrontations with reporters. It was clear that the performance was attacking the press secretary’s personal appearance and femininity.

According to the Washington Times, #StandwithSarah and #StandwithSarahSanders have become popular hashtags on Twitter following the White House Correspondents Dinner on Saturday evening.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders responded on “Fox and Friends” on Thursday to the offensive comments hurled against her by “comedian” Michelle Wolf.

Rather than stooping to the indecently low level of Wolf, Sanders wished the comedian a happy life.

“Look, I think that evening says a whole lot more about her than it does about me,” Sanders said of the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner on Saturday, according to the Daily Caller.

“The people that were my friends before that evening are my friends today and I’m going to continue doing the job that I came here to do every single day,” she said. “I’m very proud of the fact that I work in this administration for this president and we’re going to keep pushing forward and doing everything we can to make America better.”

“I think we’ve had a great first year and a half at doing that. A huge success story that we’re proud of,” Sanders continued. “I hope that she can find some of the same happiness that we all have, because I think she may need a little bit more of that in her life, because the rest of us here are doing great.”

Sanders also received encouraging words from Harris Faulkner, and some critics were unhappy that a woman of color would compliment Sanders for being a hardworking mother of three who faces adversary well by taking the “high road” during the ongoing fued:

Twitter users posted the following replies:
Maureen Karas: “Harris – You look as amazing as your magnificent brain! Love your commentary and demeanor! Thank you for praising our wonderful @PressSec.”

Barbara Cherewaty: “She’s such a role model for young girls love her!!”

Demi Wu: “Yes, I completely agree with your comments. Trump supporters love & stand with Sarah Sanders…”

Sanders’ supporters came out and posted nice messages for her. Some other people did not. She had some very bitter critics who accused her of various things, proving that it’s nearly impossible to make everyone happy.

People in politics will always have enemies no matter how much they’re doing a good job. There will always be controversy and ongoing battlers and the existence of social media has opened up a world of spiteful messages being sent to so many different people. In this case, it was Sanders’ being harshly criticized and being the better person.

Sanders Hit Back HARD At Feinstein Over Kavanaugh – ‘Now It’s Clear Why She Did Nothing For Months’

Published

on

The Brett Kavanaugh mess drags on and on and on. There is no credible proof in my opinion that anything he’s accused of is valid. And frankly, we should just move on with the nomination process. If we leave it up to the Democrats, they will balk, stall and obstruct until after the midterm elections and further still if given the chance.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders hit back hard at Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) earlier this week for her statements concerning sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. “Now clear why top Democrat on Senate Judiciary Committee did nothing with allegation for months or even ask Judge Kavanaugh about it,” Sanders tweeted. “Senator Feinstein just said ‘I can’t say everything’s truthful.'”

Ouch and perfectly put. Feinstein is covering her political behind here while trying to smear Kavanaugh in a last-ditch attempt to keep him from becoming a Supreme Court Justice. Feinstein told reporters on Capitol Hill that she couldn’t say that everything in Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations against Kavanaugh was “truthful.” That’s pretty damning and says it all right there.

Donald Trump Jr. tweeted something very similar: “Could this explain why Feinstein held it for 2 months and when she realized he would otherwise be confirmed she threw a political Hail Mary? As the father of girls and boys this overt politicization is both very disturbing and alarming,” he wrote.

Feinstein is all of a sudden pushing these charges against Kavanaugh. She tried to clarify her comments to CNN by saying, “Based on what I know at this stage, she [Ford] is credible.” Really? I highly doubt that because the woman’s story keeps changing.

She can’t recall the year it happened, where it happened, when it happened, who hosted the party, who was there, who brought her or who took her home. See a pattern here? Do you call that credible?

Feinstein also tweeted that she considered Ford to be “sincere” and “believable.” Give me a freaking break. This desperate move is so transparent even a liberal can see it. This smacks of Anita Hill and Clarence Thomas all over again.

“During every step of this process, I’ve found every single piece of information from Dr. Christine Blasey Ford eminently credible, sincere and believable. She knew this would have a huge effect on her life and she was incredibly brave to come forward,” Feinstein said.

From The Hill:

“Ford says Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, groped her and attempted to remove her clothes at a party in the early 1980s.

“Kavanaugh has denied the allegations.

“Feinstein was the first to bring Ford’s accusations to the national stage when she announced one week before Kavanaugh’s scheduled confirmation hearing that she was bringing an accusation against him to the FBI.

“Feinstein has said that she has had Ford’s accusations since July, a point with which Republicans have taken great issue.

“Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) ripped into Democrats on Monday for not bringing the issue forward until “the eleventh hour.”

“Republicans have scheduled a hearing for Ford’s allegations next Monday and have delayed the vote on Kavanaugh’s confirmation, which they were expected to win.

“It is unclear what will come of Monday’s hearing, given that Ford’s lawyer has said she will not testify until an FBI investigation has been completed.”

President Trump is now weighing into this muck even further and doubling down on his support for Kavanaugh: “I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her loving parents. I ask that she bring those filings forward so that we can learn date, time, and place!”

A very astute point and one that Ford is going to have to answer. If she does not testify, Kavanaugh will almost certainly be confirmed. If she does testify, she’s going to have to prove her allegations.

Trump also tweeted: “The radical left lawyers want the FBI to get involved NOW. Why didn’t someone call the FBI 36 years ago?” Again, a very good point, however, the left will claim that many women don’t report sexual assault. I’m not buying that nonsense this time around.

Currently, Ford is making demands of Congress before testifying, including saying that Monday is a deal breaker as she cannot be ready by then. She’s had more than enough time to prep. Bring on the hearing.

From CNN:

“These issues include: the procedures for the hearing, including how many rounds of questioning, the scope of the examination and whether the Committee will subpoena Mark Judge, who Ford has said was in the room when the alleged incident took place; whether the Committee will agree that Kavanaugh not be present during Ford’s testimony; and what the committee will do to provide for safety.

“She said she “registered strong objection” to having the committee bring in outside counsel to question Ford.

“A senior Republican Senate staffer told CNN that following the call Thursday night, the GOP has two “non-starters” for her demands. The first is subpoenaing Judge or other witnesses. The staffer said that the Senate does not take subpoena requests from witnesses. The second “non-starter” is Ford’s demand that Kavanaugh testify first. Ford should testify first to give Kavanaugh the opportunity to respond, the source said.”

Kavanaugh has a right to face his accuser and he has a right to have legal counsel present. This whole thing is simply obstructionism and should not be allowed. #ConfirmKavanaughNow
