Guess What Happened To The Liberal Guy Who Burned Flag Online On 4th Of July

It’s all fun and games until…

Published

on

A liberal social justice warrior in Illinois celebrated the Fourth of July online by burning the American flag and posting it for all to see how “cool” he thought he was. Bryton Mellott, 22, probably felt brave and powerful sharing his anti-American treasonous rant as he degraded the country that real heroes have died fighting for. However, the chump had no clue what was coming and got exactly what he deserved when karma caught up with him and was not kind.

According to BizPacReview, Mellott’s post read:

“I am not proud to be an American. In this moment, being proud of my country is to ignore the atrocities committed against people of color, people living in poverty, people who identify as women, and against my own queer community on a daily basis.

“I would like to one day feel a sense of pride toward my nationality again. But too little progress has been made. Too many people still suffer at the hands of politicians influenced by special interests. Too many people are still being killed and brutalized by a police force plagued with authority complexes and racism. Too many people are allowed to be slaughtered for the sake of g*n manufacturer profits. Too many Americans hold hate in their hearts in the name of their religion and for fear of others. And that’s only to speak of domestic issues.

“I do not have pride in my country. I am overwhelmingly ashamed, and I will demonstrate my feelings accordingly. #ArrestMe.”

Many any calls were sent to the Urbana Police Department after this little stunt. The post appeared on a Sunday prior to Independence Day 2016. People were concerned about Mellott’s disturbing message and were convinced he might do something to others. This reaction was probably what Mellott had hoped for considering he’s probably never been feared in his life. However, after getting what he asked for and what he deserved from law enforcement, Mellott decided to get revenge.

Mellott’s place of employment, Walmart, also received an increasing amount of threats and angry calls about the post. So the police decided to talk with Mellott’s and his employer.

The police noted to Mellott that they understood his right to free speech. The real concern was the danger he created for himself and others as a result of his actions. However, the young delinquent didn’t care much for the officer’s advice and continued his ridiculous and criminal behavior.

He was eventually arrested for flag desecration under Illinois statute, which is a felony in the state. He was also charged with disorderly conduct and released on his own recognizance.

The police noted:

“recognizes that this is a case where the right of free speech comes into conflict with the safety of uninvolved citizens. The actions taken in this case have been to try to assure the safety of the public and Mr. Mellott. The Urbana Police urge the public to express themselves in a peaceful way and to not retaliate against unpopular speech.”

Apparently, some people have no shame and to do such a thing the day before the Fourth of July is especially disrespectful to the country he calls home, protected by heroes who have sacrificed for him. However, that didn’t stop him from further retaliation.

According to the Washington Times, Mellott didn’t think it was fair that he was arrested and sued:

An Illinois man arrested last summer after burning an American flag and posting proof on Facebook filed a federal civil rights lawsuit Wednesday challenging the constitutionality of the state’s desecration statute.

Attorneys for the American Civil Liberties Union filed the suit in Urbana federal court this week on behalf of Bryton Mellott, 22, in an effort to ensure others don’t end up behind bars for similarly exercising their First Amendment rights.

Mr. Mellott spent five hours in the Champaign County jail on July 4 after authorities charged him with violating the state’s flag desecration law. Prosecutors ultimately decided to drop their case the following day, but the ACLU wants a federal judge to make it clear that authorities can’t arrest anyone else for following in the flag burner’s footsteps.

“It’s very clear that this law is unconstitutional and we want to make sure that in the future, Illinois law enforcement officers know that they cannot arrest people under this statute,” ACLU attorney Rebecca Glenberg said at a press conference Thursday announcing the lawsuit.

The 11-page complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois claims that Mr. Mellott’s decision to burn an American flag and post pictures online are both examples of protected speech, therefore placing the state’s desecration statute in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

The irony of Mellott’s actions is probably lost on him. He can burn the flag because he lives in this great country that protects the freedom to disrespect it.

Obama-Appointed Judge Gives Black Lives Matter Free Pass To Shoot Cops – Baton Rouge Officer’s Life Destroyed [OPINION]

Liberals are rejoicing

Published

on

East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Nick Tullier was critically injured in a vicious ambush that left three Baton Rouge law enforcement officers d-ad. He has filed a lawsuit against Black Lives Matter and five of its most prominent activists, including DeRay Mckesson. The lawsuit was not for money but to get some form of justice here. Black Lives Matter has ginned up cop-hatred for years, inciting violence against officers that at times allegedly result in their deaths or grievous injury as in this case.

The lawsuit charged that the activists’ criticism of law enforcement after a white Baton Rouge police officer fatally shot Alton Sterling, a 37-year-old black man, resulted in 29-year-old Gavin Long’s July 17, 2016, attack on police officers outside a convenience store and car wash near Baton Rouge police headquarters. Unfortunately for Long, who was a black military veteran from Kansas City, Missouri and deeply disturbed, there were police officers there that didn’t hesitate to take him out permanently. He was fatally shot at the scene.

Now, an Obama-appointed judge, U.S. District Judge Brian Jackson of Baton Rouge, ruled in favor of Black Lives Matter and dismissed Tullier’s suit for failure to state a plausible claim for relief. A federal appeals court has since ruled that the Baton Rouge judge correctly dismissed a lawsuit filed by Tullier. In effect, negating the premise that the national Black Lives Matter protest movement was responsible for the incident and his injuries during the deadly ambush two years ago. That is not justice… it’s social justice from the bench.

A three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans affirmed the judge’s decision in a one-paragraph ruling late Wednesday. “After consideration of the complaint, district court opinion, briefs, and applicable law in this matter, we conclude that no reversible error occurred,” the panel said in an unsigned order.

I am not surprised this particular judge ruled this way or that an equally liberal appeals court backed him up. It is a travesty of justice and this liberal judge just gave a free pass to Black Lives Matter to hunt down, ambush and k-ll police officers by implementing such a verdict in my opinion. Tullier’s life was destroyed by the attack. How many other officers have to fall before we label Black Lives Matter as a domestic terror group that kills cops?

Liberals are rejoicing over this verdict as though it lets Black Lives Matter off the hook for their violent hatred towards police officers. Donna Grodner is Tullier’s attorney. She won’t comment on their next move but she did note that the appellate court panel’s ruling was unanimous, and she said asking the U.S. Supreme Court to consider a case is an extremely expensive proposition. That does not sound good for Tullier.

DeRay Mckesson has been in a number of incidents involving Black Lives Matter and violence against police officers. He was arrested during the protest that followed Alton Sterling’s s******g but he wasn’t charged by prosecutors. Time and again, despite his hateful rhetoric, McKesson has been allowed to walk. D**d and injured police officers are afforded no such leniency. He made sure to thank the appeals court for their ruling against Tullier. “This lawsuit was an attempt to silence me for speaking the truth and I will never be too afraid, to tell the truth,” he said. It’s not him ‘speaking’ that worries Americans, it’s his hatred of police and Black Lives Matter’s violence against them that scares us to d***h.

Tullier, who was identified in the suit as John Doe Smith for obvious reasons, but whose injuries were described in detail, alleged in the lawsuit that the Black Lives Matter movement and its leaders are liable for his injuries. I certainly agree with that but a liberal legal system didn’t. The lawsuit accused Black Lives Matter activists of negligence and it also claimed that they were responsible for Long’s deadly attack because they “knew or should have known that violently mentally disturbed persons would be aroused by their call to violence and retribution to police for the deaths of black men.” I find that statement unassailable in its logic and truth.

It is interesting to note that after Long’s ambush attack McKesson did condemn it within hours. He said the Black Lives Matter movement began as a call to end violence and remains so. Of course, in my humble opinion that is simply hogwash. He denounced Long because of the blowback that was surely heading towards Black Lives Matter over the incident. And as far as I have seen, Black Lives Matter has never called for an end to violence. In fact, it has been just the opposite of that.

Protesters in a Black Lives Matter march held outside the Minnesota State Fair in August of 2015 were captured on video yelling “pigs in a blanket, fry ’em like bacon,” a statement that some law enforcement members viewed as targeting police officers. And it did. Does that sound non-violent to you? “I don’t think chanting or singing what’s basically promoting k*****g police officers is peaceful,” St. Paul Police Federation President Dave Titus said. I absolutely agree.

The d***h of Sterling in 2016 spurred protests in Baton Rouge and across the country. Most of those were led by Black Lives Matter activists. The violence followed in the wake of those protests.

Gavin Eugene Long, who killed three Baton Rouge law enforcement officers and wounded three others, left a s*****e note before he went on his rampage.

From The Advocate:

“…unfortunately, I see my actions as a necessary evil that I DO NOT wish to partake in, nor do I enjoy partaking in, But must partake in, in order to create substantial change within America’s police force and judicial system,” part of the note read.

“…I must bring the same destruction that bad cops continue to inflict upon my people, upon bad cops as well as good cops in hopes that the good cops (which are the majority) will be able to stand together to enact justice (and) punishment against bad cops (because) right now the police force (and) current judicial system is not doing so.

“…A sacrifice for my people and a sacrifice for the people.”

Long’s ambush killed East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Brad Garafola and Baton Rouge police officers Montrell Jackson and Matthew Gerald. The attack left Tullier and two other officers severely injured. Tullier was shot in the head, stomach, and shoulder. It almost cost him his life. He is still receiving treatment to this day for those injuries.

From Irish Angel:

“UPDATE ON DEPUTY NICK TULLIER:
NEED YOUR PRAYERS EVERYONE

“Last week, Nick went back to the hospital after his oxygen levels turned up a little lower than normal. Then last Tuesday, Nick had a seizure, the first one since July 1st. Add to the mix coughing and Nick has been moved into the ICU now. His fever did go up to 104, but it returned to normal. Over the weekend however, the fever has been up and down. Nick has been on and off a ventilator, as needed. X-rays showed his lungs were starting to clear. That was Friday. Over the weekend though, they clouded back up. Today, Nick remains in ICU and not sure on how long he will be there. He’s continuing to have problems with his lungs due to recurring pneumonia. Doctors continue treatment but the family asks one things you all can do, say a prayer for Nick…please! Nick Tullier Strong”

Grodner also represents an unnamed Baton Rouge police officer who claimed in a lawsuit against Black Lives Matter and Mckesson that he was hit in the face by a chunk of concrete thrown during a protest in Baton Rouge after the Sterling s******g. Judge Brian Jackson also threw out that suit as well, saying Black Lives Matter is a social movement and therefore can’t be sued. That’s like calling ISIS a social movement – just my two cents. I detect a definite liberal trend from this judge. The officer’s appeal is pending at the 5th Circuit, Grodner said. Yet another judge who should be removed from the bench for political bias in my viewpoint. Just shameful.

Suspect From ‘Extremist Muslim’ Compound Lived In US Illegally For Over 20 years -THEY FOUND EVERYTHING!

The situation just got even more shocking.

Published

on

More devastating news has been revealed involving one of the five suspects who was arrested at the filthy extremist Muslim compound in New Mexico. The bust involved multiple children being held as if they were living in dire starvation, being trained as school shooters, and now we’re learning more about one of the suspects living at that compound.

Her name is Jany Leveille, she’s 35, and she was detained by ICE. She was living in America illegally for over 20 years. She will soon face a judge to discuss her immigration status, which could end up in her being deported. However, many would like to see her serve jail time as they believe a punishment should be served. Just sending her back to her home country may be nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Of course, if she serves a prison sentence there, then that would be acceptable. Crimes against children should not be tolerated.

This is yet another reason why President Trump and many presidents before him, such as Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, have wanted to take a strong stand on immigration reform and people following the law. Even Hillary Clinton at times has spoken out about illegal immigration, but somehow her followers are fighting against Trump as he talks about the potential for a border wall.

MSN provided more specific details on the immigration status of the person involved:

“One of five suspects arrested at an “extremist Muslim” compound in northern New Mexico is originally from Haiti — and has lived in the U.S. illegally for more than 20 years, federal officials said Wednesday.

“Jany Leveille, 35, was detained by immigration officials Tuesday and soon must appear before a judge to resolve her immigration status, which could lead to her deportation, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said in a statement.

“’Leveille has been unlawfully present in the U.S. for more than 20 years after overstaying the validity of her non-immigrant visitor visa,” ICE said.

“Leveille moved to Brooklyn, N.Y., from Haiti in 1998 after her father died, Von Cehelet Leveille, the woman’s brother, told Reuters. She has moved several times since coming to the U.S., living in Georgia, Philadelphia and New York after separating from her husband, the brother said.

“Leveille lived at the New Mexico compound with her current husband Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and their children since January, prosecutors said. She has six children, ages 1 to 15, her brother told Reuters.

“The couple and two others were arrested during an Aug. 4 raid. Wahhaj was still being held on an outstanding warrant from Georgia, while the two others remained in custody.

“The children discovered at the compound earlier this month were both trained to use firearms and taught multiple tactical techniques in order to k**l teachers, law enforcement officers and other representatives of institutions they found corrupt, state prosecutors said on Monday.

“Three-year-old Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj, who had been missing since December, allegedly died amid a ritualistic religious ceremony held on the grounds in an effort to “cast out demonic spirits,” Reuters reported.”

Violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants is nothing new. In fact, it seems to be one of the main reasons that people are so adamant about the immigration laws being protected. Why should people be allowed into the country if they’re simply going to commit heinous crimes? America has enough crime of its own with our own citizens, so the last thing we need is someone coming here to commit more crimes. Of course, they’re probably milking the welfare system too, thus being a burden on our government and the taxpayers.

Some of the most horrible crimes committed involve an illegal alien beating an elderly woman, a man protected by sanctuary city status raping a child, and now this crime that involves holding kids like prisoners in squalid conditions.

Consider these types of crimes and the fact that the people from the New Mexico compound were performing a ghetto style exorcism trying to “cast out demonic spirits” from a child, who was then found deceased, and you can see why people want to deport illegal immigrants. For every good person out there, there’s a few of the criminal type who ruin it for everyone. Had they followed the law and laid low, then no one would really know about them.

With all of that going on, we haven’t even touched on drug smuggling, but that’s a big business that won’t ever stop. There’s no reason to continue a war on drugs. May as well call it population control at this point. That’s another discussion for another day.

How can President Trump get his border wall funded? If he cut welfare to immigrants who are able-bodied and available for work, then would he have enough money to fund his wall?

That remains to be seen. There’s a lot of paper that needs to be pushed around before things like that ever take place. It’s not one of those overnight kind of things, but maybe it should be.
