Trump’s Official Reply To Midterm Results Is Definitely NOT What Anyone Expected

President Donald Trump described the results of Tuesday’s midterm elections as the best possible outcome for the country on Wednesday morning, noting that a slim Democratic majority in the U.S. House would make it easier for him to achieve deals on big issues.

Speaking to the press from the East Room of the White House, Trump added that a slim Republican majority would have given small dissenting factions the ability to stop the legislative process. He also suggested Democrats should take the legislative initiative on policy:

So if the Republicans won, and let’s say we held on by two or one or three, it would have been very hard, having that many Republicans, to ever even get support among Republicans. Because there’ll always be one or two or three people that, for good reason or for bad reason or for grandstanding — we have that, too. You’ve seen that. You’ve seen that — plenty of grandstanding. But for certain reasons, that many people, you’re always going to have a couple that won’t do it. So that puts us in a very bad position.

In other words, had we kept — and this is no — I’m saying this for a very basic reason. It’s common sense. It puts us in a very tough position. We win by one or two or three, and you’ll have one or two or three or four or five, even, come over and say, “You know, look, we’re not going to go along with this. We want this, this, this,” and all of sudden, we — we can’t even — we wouldn’t even be able to get it, in many cases, out of the Republicans’ hands before we sent it on to the Senate.

And now, we have a much easier path, because the Democrats will come to us with a plan for infrastructure, a plan for health care, a plan for whatever they are looking at, and we’ll negotiate.

And as you know, it’s been very hard in the Senate, because we’ve — need, essentially, 10 votes from Democrats, and we don’t get those votes, because the Democrats do really stick together well. I don’t agree with them on a lot of policy, but I agree with them on sticking together. They stick together great.

So now, we go into the Senate, we don’t have the 10 votes, and what happens? It doesn’t get passed. Even if it gets out of the House, it doesn’t get passed.

So under the new concept of what we’re doing, I say, “Come on, let me see what you have.”

They want to do things.

So it really could be a beautiful, bipartisan type of situation. If we won by one or two or three or four or five, that wouldn’t happen, and the closer it is, the worse it is. This way, they’ll come to me, we’ll negotiate, maybe we’ll make a deal, maybe we won’t, that’s possible.

But we have a lot of things in common on infrastructure. We want to do something on health care, they want to do something on health care. There are a lot of great things that we can do together and now we’ll send it up. And now we’ll send it up and we will really get — we’ll get the Democrats and we’ll get the Republicans — or some of the Republicans. And I’ll make sure that we send something up that the Republicans can support, and they’re going to want to make sure they send something up that the Democrats can support.

Trump’s approach would seem to echo that of President Bill Clinton, who reacted to the midterm election loss (of both the House and the Senate) in 1994 by reaching out to Republicans. Clinton struck deals on welfare reform and a balanced budget that stand as the great achievements of his presidency.

CNN Reporter Screams Racist Lies About Trump, Sarah Cuts Her Mic Then Delivers Big Blow To Her Ego

Fake News CNN’s April Ryan lost her ever loving mind during a recent White House press conference. In fact, her screaming and yelling at White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders got so bad that even the reporter sitting in front of Ryan was appalled as he covered his face in embarrassment.

Since Ryan works for CNN, her ranting involved pretty much just racist lies about President Donald Trump. And because of this, Sanders was forced to cut her mic. The press secretary then finished Ryan off with an epic smackdown.

The guy in front of the fake news CNN reporter says it all. It’s pretty much how the rest of America feels about this whole kneeling argument. But since the media just can’t stop attacking President Trump they just can’t seem to let this one go, even though all this started well before Donald Trump was even elected president.

Here is more on that fued via Fox News:

“CNN political analyst April Ryan twisted Sarah Sanders’ words on Thursday night in order to make the absurd suggestion that the White House press secretary is looking for a physical confrontation with the star reporter.

After Ryan asked a combative question during Thursday’s press briefing, accusing her of being “blindsided” by comments Rudy Giuliani recently made on Fox News, Sanders told Ryan, “Well, with all due respect, you actually don’t know much about me in terms of what I feel and what I don’t.”

Ryan misquoted Sanders while speaking to CNN colleague Don Lemon on-air afterwards, claiming the press secretary said, “You don’t know me,” before declaring the phrase to be fighting words.

“For Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the presidential spokesperson, the mouthpiece for the President of the United States, to say, ‘You don’t know me,’ in certain quarters in this nation, that starts a physical fight,” Ryan said. “I was very shocked. It was street. I will even go beyond that, it was gutter.”

Sanders did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Sanders, who is from Hope, Ark., soon found herself catching Twitter shade from none other than former Democratic Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake – as first reported by Daily Caller’s Amber Athey – who offered Baltimore native Ryan an “unsolicited comeback suggestion.”

Rawlings-Blake recommended that next time, Ryan should say, “I may not know you, but I damn sure know a LIE! And you are wearing it Sis, all over your face -oh wait is that a smudge in your liner.”

The “liner” remark is a callback to the controversial standup routine during the White House Correspondents’ Dinner when Michelle Wolf poked fun at the press secretary’s eye liner.

Ryan quickly responded, “Lol stop. Bmore in the house I know you have my back. That you don’t know me stuff begins fist fights. She needs to know what she is saying. I am not the one.”

Rawlings-Blake then responded, “Already took my earrings off and Vaseline in my purse,” and added a fist emoji, to which the CNN political analyst fired back, “That is what I am talking about! Take off that pretty ring to fornthe [sic] street fight. Lol.”

Ryan and Sanders have been involved in verbal altercations in the past. Sanders recently slammed Ryan, who is American Urban Radio’s White House correspondent, for asking if President Trump has thought about stepping down.

Sanders fired back, “No, and I think that’s an absolutely ridiculous question.”

Ryan also famously accused Sanders of lying about whether or not she baked a pie for Thanksgiving.

The United States Secret Service directed Fox News to CNN and the White House when asked if they consider the latest comments a threat. CNN did not respond to request for comment.”

We have spoiled rich elitist brats who make on average over 2 million dollars a year for tossing a damn ball around and they decide to take a knee during our national anthem because they are pretending to be social justice warriors while they try to convince us this is a freedom of speech issue. It’s not.

In fact when you are working for someone you pretty much are allowed to say or do whatever you want and the government can’t prosecute you. But your employer can fire you. You can’t work at McDonald’s and start yelling out that their food is unhealthy while you are on the clock. That’s just not the way freedom of speech works.

In some nations, like Great Britain, you can get jailed for insulting protected groups such as Muslims, in the U.S. because of Freedom of Speech, you can’t, but you can suffer consequences such as losing your job.

Rush Limbaugh at a rally with President Trump in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Nov. 5, 2018 (video screenshot)

After years of saying he would never run for any political office, radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh is now open to the possibility, even if it’s the White House.

“I’m not flat-out saying no,” Limbaugh said in the final moments of his Wednesday broadcast when a caller urged him to seek the presidency once President Donald Trump has completed his service to the nation.

“I am deeply flattered,” Limbaugh said of the suggestion. “Before Trump, it would not have been possible.”

Limbaugh was acknowledging that Trump has pushed back so well against his political opponents, including the media, it has opened the door for a conservative such as himself to consider the idea.

“I’ve been speaking 15 hours a week for 30 years,” Limbaugh, noting there could be plenty of fodder for opposition research that could be used against him, such as his use of the word “Feminazi” to describe militant feminists.

Limbaugh said most members of the media don’t even try to understand who Trump is or why people support him.

“They’re still on this quest to kill Trump as a human being … that he’s absolute human debris and has no business being alive.”

He said the media had little understanding or respect for their viewers, who happen to vote.

“All they’re doing is thinking you’re stupid and dumb and dangerous,” Limbaugh explained. “It really is a case study in watching these elitists.”

On the eve of Thanksgiving, Limbaugh thanked his audience for making him such a success, saying: “To this day, I am still so appreciative of all of the great things you have made possible for me and my family, and there’s no way of repaying it all.”

“Being an American is a treasure.”
