Hillary Hit With Fresh Evidence Of Hidden Collusion – Now She Faces An Official Charge

Published

on

In an unprecedented move, the non-profit Coolidge Reagan Foundation officially filed a Federal Election Complaint against Hillary Clinton’s campaign, the Democratic National Committee, their law firm Perkins Coie, and Christopher Steele, the ex-British spy that authored the now proven fake Russian Dossier for violating campaign finance laws.

The non-profit accused those parties of hiding payments made to and received by Fusion GPS which is the firm that hired Steele to produce the dossier. Which was a violation of finance laws. Democrats used this fake dossier to accuse President Trump administration of colluding with foreigner government when in reality it was the Democrats who were colluding all along.

Here is more on this via Breitbart:

“For over a year, Democratic officials have accused the Trump Administration of collaborating with foreign interlopers to influence the outcome of the 2016 Presidential election. In reality, it was the Clinton-backed Democratic machine that conspired with foreigners in violation of both federal campaign finance law and basic decency to manipulate the election,” it said in a complaint.

“The Clinton campaign weaponized American intelligence and law enforcement communities — led by Democratic appointees of President Barack Obama —through false, malicious, wholly manufactured lies about the Republican nominee, now President, Donald J. Trump,” it said.

The Coolidge Reagan Foundation is described in the complaint as a not-for-profit charitable organization whose mission is to “defend, protect, and advance liberty, and particularly the principles of free speech enshrined in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.”

The 22-page complaint walks through in detail how Clinton and DNC officials colluded with Steele and anonymous former and current Russian officials to produce a dossier aimed at influencing the 2016 elections, and violated election laws while doing so.

The complaint describes how the Clinton campaign hired Perkins Coie lawyer Marc Elias for the 2016 presidential election cycle. Elias then hired Fusion GPS to conduct opposition research on Trump. The Clinton campaign and the DNC then funneled over $1 million through Perkins Coie to Fusion GPS. Clinton’s campaign manager Robby Mook personally approved the payment to Perkins Coie, the complaint said.

The non-profit argued that that since Fusion GPS’s work was to further the Clinton campaign and the DNC’s political goals, rather than providing legal advice or assisting with any litigation, it was not protected by attorney-client, work-product, or any other privileges.

However, the Clinton campaign and the DNC hid their payments to Fusion GPS in campaign finance filings. The Clinton campaign reported all of its payments to Perkins Coie from January 2016 through December 2017 as being for the purpose of ”LEGAL SERVICES,” but did not mention Fusion GPS.

Meanwhile, the DNC reported its payments to Perkins Coie between January 2016 and December 2017 as being for the following purposes:

● “LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE CONSULTING,”
● “LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE SERVICES,”
● “OFFICE SUPPLIES/EXP,”
● “TRAVEL,”
● “PRINTING & COPYING,”
● “DATA SERVICES SUBSCRIPTION,”
● “POSTAGE AND SHIPPING,”
● “CATERING,FOOD & BEVERAGE,”
● “INTERNET,”
● “CELLULAR/MOBILE,”
● “ADMINISTRATIVE FEES,”
● “FED/STATE FEES & LICENSE,”
● “RESEARCH CONSULTING” (a single entry on August 16, 2016, for $66,500), and
● “DATA ANALYTICS.”

“None of these entries accurately describe the DNC’s payments to Perkins Coie for Fusion GPS’s opposition research into Donald Trump,” the complaint said.

“By using Perkins Coie as a straw man intermediary for this pervasively political, non-legal work, [Hillary for America] and the DNC were able to mask their relationship to Fusion GPS from the public in the critical weeks before the 2016 presidential election, in direct violation of federal campaign finance law,” it said.

The complaint details how Fusion GPS paid a total of approximately $168,000 to Steele and/or his company Orbis, and how Steele solicited foreign nationals — particularly current and/or former members of the Russian government and intelligence service — for information relating to Trump.

“Thus, a foreign citizen controlled the collection and dissemination of information, largely from foreign government agents and other foreign nationals, intended to influence a federal election,” the complaint” said.

The complaint continued by accusing Steele of producing a dossier based on “dubious, unverified, and largely unverifiable information” he received from his “confidential sources of questionable credibility.” The dossier was then given to Fusion GPS, then to Perkins Coie, and then the Clinton campaign provided a copy of the dossier to Fusion GPS, who provided it to the Clinton campaign and/or the DNC.

Keep in mind this is the same dossier which John McCain was more than happy to hand over to the FBI so they could use it to justify the wiretapping of a private American Citizen on American soil.

The Coolidge Reagan Foundation goes on to list seven counts of FEC violations against the Clinton campaign, the DNC, Marc Elias, Perkins Coie, and Steele. Which include False Specification of Expenditure Purpose; False Identification of Expenditure Recipient; False Identification of Expenditures’ Purpose and Recipient; Solicitation of Donations (or Contributions) from Foreign Nationals; Substantially Assisting Solicitation of Donations from Foreign Nationals; Donation or Expenditure by a Foreign National; and Foreign National Participation in Political Committees’ Decisionmaking Processes Concerning Expenditures.

Little Boy Surprises Trump With Question After Hurricane – Watch How Trump Responds

President Donald Trump arrived in New Bern, North Carolina after the Hurricane Florence hit to be hands on in helping displaced victims. Soon after he landed, he went right to work handing out aid and talking to people on a personal level. As one of the most relatable presidents America has ever had, he made an excellent effort to let everyone there know that they mattered to him and were not forgotten in their struggle.

While the leftist media has nitpicked every word he has said there and step he takes, they are “conveniently” ignoring on incredible moment. While at the aid distribution center meeting with families and offering his support, a little boy walked up to him alone and surprised the president with his question.

Trump stopped what he was doing and gave his full attention to this child who just survived a terrifying nightmare in this natural disaster. His response to the boy’s question was something this child will never forget and the country needs to see.

America The Awesome reports on the moving moment between the boy and the President of the United States:

After Hurricane Florence tore through the coastline, the Carolinas suffered great loss and are now struggling with massive flooding and property damage.

As the president handed out food to those in need while standing at a volunteer station, he also made a little boy’s day better in an adorable moment that stood out among the rest. The boy, named Tucker, approached the president with a simple question.

“Can I have a hug?” the little boy asked.

Trump them stretched out his arms and gave the little boy a hug. The other volunteer workers expressed their delight by giving him a round of applause.

After watching the president embracing Tucker, an elderly women said “I think I’m gonna cry,”.

President Trump’s kindness and support didn’t stop there. It’s clear from the footage and photos that he genuinely cares and isn’t just there to do what he “has to” as president. The boy feeling comfortable enough to ask Trump for a hug, speaks volumes of the kind of approachable and caring president we have — which he proved in his response by hugging the boy.

On the contrary, when former President Barack Obama visited New Jersey in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, he too hugged a victim in a photo that went viral, however for a much different reason than Trump’s hug of this little boy.

According to PhillyMag, who interviewed the victim, Donna Vanzant, who was famously hugged by Obama while he was surveying the damage, the President at the time also promised her “immediate” assistance. Vanzant definitely needed that help as she said she suffered $500,000 in losses.

Vanzant told PhillyMag what has happened since Obama’s promise:

“After his visit, I sent an email to President Obama. Many days later, I got a response back. It was disturbing.”

“It had nothing to do with what I was asking him. It was a form letter. It thanked me for supporting the troops. He made a promise to rebuild on national television, and I can’t even get this money. It’s heartbreaking, really. I did reach out to Senator Whelan, and I got a response that they were forwarding my email to the person that Governor Christie put in charge of Sandy relief. But from President Obama, I got a form letter.”

“When you get a hug from the President of the United States, you feel like there’s something there. A promise was made. I have two grown kids. One is a U.S. Navy diver. The other one lives at the marina with his wife and new baby, and they lost everything. But I raised my kids to know that your word is your word. You promise something, you keep it, and that was a broken promise. I’ve never been a person to expect free handouts, but the President gave me hope. But now, I just don’t know.”

From this suffering victim’s experience with the former president’s failed promise, it’s no wonder that the mainstream media isn’t interested in showing Trump’s genuine interaction with this child, for fear of the comparison. However, it’s an important comparison to be made since Trump is often accused of doing things for “Photo ops” yet he doesn’t make promises he can’t or doesn’t intend on keeping – which he’s proved throughout his presidency.

It was Obama who had the photo op, capitalizing on this woman’s worst moment to make him look like a good person and leader, but never followed through after getting the accolades from the viral image.

Knowing the inevitable attacks on his handling of this disaster are coming, Trump made a very direct statement in North Carolina:

“Right now, everybody is saying what a great job we are doing with Hurricane Florence – and they are 100% correct,” Trump tweeted. “But don’t be fooled, at some point in the near future the Democrats will start ranting… that FEMA, our Military, and our First Responders, who are all unbelievable, are a disaster and not doing a good job. This will be a total lie, but that’s what they do, and everybody knows it!”

Trump is the man for the job and hasn’t disappointed anyone but liberals who hoped he met their low expectations of him.

President Trump Hits Mueller Hunt With Finishing Blow – Swamp Slugs Are Scrambling

Published

on

The Mueller Russia probe just drags on and on and on. It looks to me as though Mueller feels that he can do pretty much whatever he wants, no matter how outrageous it is. He doesn’t seem to think there will be any consequences for his actions because everything is hidden from the public. Looks like he was wrong.

Earlier this week, President Trump took the historic step of ordering that the records surrounding the Russia investigation be declassified. That also includes the FISA warrant. White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders cited “reasons of transparency” for the president’s landmark decision, as well as requests from Congressional investigative committees in a statement confirming the action.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall of Democrats when that happened. I could just feel their heads explode all the way over here. The swamp slugs are now scrambling to cover their behinds as their actions are about to be made very, very public. Trump’s blow to Mueller’s investigation could be its death knell.

Trump ordered the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to declassify select parts of the FISA court application that was used to spy on his former campaign surrogate Carter Page during the 2016 election. Also to be released are the FBI interviews with Bruce Ohr showing his and his wife’s involvement in the Russia dossier scandal.

But there’s more! All text messages relating to the Russia investigation from former FBI Director James Comey, Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are set to be released as well. We will finally get to see in context their subversive activities plotted and planned against President Trump.

There is going to be tons of unclassified information that will be uncovered. I have no doubt at all that this could throw the entire Russian investigation into utter chaos, especially when the true intentions of these corruptocrats is unveiled. Do you want to see real collusion? This is it.

From Fox News:

“The 21 pages only make up a small part of the 412 pages of FISA applications and warrants related to Page released by the FBI earlier this year in heavily redacted format. The June 2017 application was the last of four filed by the Justice Department in support of FISA court orders allowing the monitoring of Page for nearly a year.

“According to the redacted version, three of the declassified pages involve information included in a section titled “The Russian Government’s Coordinated Efforts to Influence the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.” That section includes reference to potential coordination between people associated with Trump’s campaign and the Russian election interference effort.

“The other 18 pages appear to relate to information the government submitted that came from former British spy Christopher Steele, who compiled a dossier detailing the Trump campaign’s alleged ties to Russia. The document has been a partisan lightning rod since it was published in January 2017.

“Carter Page told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Monday night that the FBI’s investigation was “so incredibly stupid to begin with.” He added, “My biggest concern is all the damage that this did to the U.S. government [and] the mockery it made out of the Constitution and all of the wrongdoing that was done by various officials within the Department of Justice, the FBI and the DNC [Democratic National Committee].”

“It was not immediately clear when or how the documents would be released. A source familiar with the timing of the declassification told Fox News that they expected the Carter Page warrant application to be declassified first, followed by the FBI reports on agent interviews with Ohr.

“The source added that the Justice Department is working on a “compressed timeline” and they expect the first release of records in days or sooner. The text messages are expected to take longer because of the sheer number involved and the fact that Trump ordered their release without redactions.”

President Trump commented on the ongoing investigation on Twitter, citing a Fox News report about Lisa Page’s testimony that there was no evidence of collusion before the Mueller appointment. “The case should never have been allowed to be brought,” Trump added. “It is a totally illegal Witch Hunt!”

Looks like Trump was right all along. Trump also pointed to a message from Strzok to Page, proposing to “lock in” an investigation right after Comey was fired from the FBI.

House Intelligence Committee ranking member Adam Schiff (D-CA) called Trump’s decision “a clear abuse of power.” But House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes didn’t see it that way, “Wow! This is a direct order.” Republicans, on the whole, praised President Trump for the move.

All of this needs the cleansing power of sunlight and transparency. President Trump was right to do this and Americans have a right to see what is going on in regards to Trump’s campaign and all this spying nonsense.
