Judge Gives Immigrants Anti-Trump Order Immediately On Swearing Them In As New Citizens

Published

on

Lately, we have seen a whole slew of activist judges who are trying to countermand or just plain stand against President Trump. I have seen a couple of judges do head scratching leftist sorts of moves when swearing in immigrants but the story you are about to hear takes the judicial cake and then some. It is the same sort of disdain and disrespect you see every day now against police officers and our military from the left. And most of it got its start under Barack Obama who appointed uber liberal judges that would long outlive his tenure.

Just today a federal judge struck down several key provisions in President Trump’s executive orders that he signed earlier this year that would have made it easier to fire federal workers. Please tell me how this is constitutional? I don’t understand how a judge can overturn an executive order from the president like this. You never saw this happen to Obama that I know of. It’s another example of judicial overreach and a judge that has gone rogue against a sitting president.

From The Hill:

“In a court ruling, U.S. District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson wrote that unions were right in arguing that the provisions included in the orders infringed upon areas that are negotiated between federal employee unions and the government.

Trending: In Historic 9-0 Decision, Supreme Court Just Shredded Democrats – YUGE!!!!

“Jackson, an appointee of former President Obama, wrote that the orders “impair the ability of agency officials to keep an open mind, and to participate fully in give-and-take discussions, during collective bargaining negotiations.’”

And in the same mold of Trump-hatred and obstruction of the president no matter what the law or the Constitution says, I give you Judge LaShann DeArcy. George Neumayr of The American Spectator had an up close and personal interaction with this judge as she swore in new immigrants. His first-hand account of watching a friend being sworn in as an American citizen is very sobering. This judge gave immigrants an anti-Trump order right after she swore them in as new citizens. Unbelievable.

From The American Spectator:

“Out of sheer boredom, I decided to go down to the second floor early and could hear the judge bellowing at the newly sworn-in Americans through the closed door. A few other friends and family of new citizens had the same idea and we compared notes on the possible identity of the loudmouth judge. “It is Judge LaShann DeArcy,” someone said. Her full name is LaShann Moutique DeArcy Hall. She is an Obama appointee, naturally, and she is astonishingly obnoxious. Talk about an entitled judicial activist, whose ego is as expansive as her name.

“Her speech to the new citizens, to the extent that I could hear it, was appalling. Sounding like a Democratic Party ward boss, she urged the new citizens to vote as soon as humanly possible. She made voting sound like a tremulous act of self-defense against the country they had just joined. The exhortation, needless to say, gave off a strong anti-Republican, anti-Trump whiff.

“Then she started in on some ludicrous riff about the First Amendment, encouraging the new Americans to exercise that right as robustly as possible, including by “taking a knee.” Huh?

“So here we have a federal court judge, who just turned a room full of foreigners into American citizens, and her first piece of advice to them is: boycott the American flag you have just been handed. It was depressing and infuriating as hell.

“In the past, a judge who dispensed such nihilistic advice to new Americans would be impeached. But nowadays almost no one in Congress cares and even fewer members would entertain an impeachment drive.

“Yet it was still jarring in the second year of the Trump presidency. Do the judicial oversight committees in Congress know that Judge LaShann DeArcy is whipping up new Americans into a flag-boycotting frenzy? They should. They should at least tell her to show a modicum of judicial temperament and basic American patriotism or leave the bench and run for Congress as an America-hating socialist from Brooklyn.

“A product of Howard University, which is a conveyor belt for anti-American snots who, with Andrew Cuomo, say the country “was never that great,” Judge LaShann DeArcy is exceedingly full of herself, even more than the president who appointed her. In her glib “take a knee” rhetorical pyrotechnics, she showed no respect for the country to which she has taken an oath. Her pitch was outrageously at odds with the duties of a judge. For one thing, who asked her to give a long harangue to new citizens? When did that become a routine practice? Can’t she just sign the certificates and call it a day?

“I was happy for my friend and going to one of those citizenship ceremonies, even a lousy one, does stimulate thoughts about the momentousness of American citizenship. It shouldn’t be granted or received lightly.

“For simply trying to bring a little rationality to an out-of-control dimension of national life, Trump has been called all manner of names. We are told that he is a monstrous nativist. In fact, he is simply espousing principles of nationalism both parties at one time shared. If a liberal activist had asked, say, LBJ, or even JFK, to support professional athletes boycotting the American flag, they would have told the activist to go jump in a lake. Now the Dems are the party of flag boycotters in the NFL. It is pitiful and dangerous. The breakdown in a nationalism common to both parties has given us a judiciary chock-a-block full of subversive hacks like LaShann DeArcy.”

Even I was shocked by this one. You swear in new immigrants as Americans and the first thing you do is recruit them for the Democratic vote and tell them to take a knee in symbolic hatred of the country they just became a citizen of? I’m disgusted and appalled by this. The Obama White House nominated this female judge in November of 2014: “U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand today announced the White House has formally nominated Ms. LaShann Moutique DeArcy Hall to serve as U.S. District Court Judge for the Eastern District of New York after Senator Gillibrand recommended her for the position in April. Her appointment would add another exceptional female jurist to the federal bench.” There is nothing exceptional about this judge unless you take into account that she has not been impeached yet.

This has gotten far out of hand and our judiciary seems to be infested with those such as LaShann DeArcy who have no respect for America or for what she stands for. Who sits on any given American judicial bench matters more than any of us know and this should not be allowed to stand… or kneel as the case may be.

Liberal Mob Ambushes Restaurant For Hosting GOP Event – Owner Delivers Ultimate Payback

In a small dinner venue in Mt.Juliet Tennessee, a Republican candidate Rep. Marsha Blackburn was having a meet and greet.

You probably know what’s coming next. Liberals swarmed the restaurant! The small restaurant was ambushed…

The Wilson Post writes:

Courtney’s Restaurant and Catering owner Tom Courtney said he’s experienced a strong social media backlash because he rented the event room at his Mt. Juliet business to U.S. Senate candidate Rep. Marsha Blackburn on Saturday.

Courtney said he’s been called a Nazi, an abuser, had his life threatened and said his staff has been verbally attacked.

Hundreds of posters on social media said they would boycott his restaurant because it was a local venue to Blackburn, who is running for a seat in the U.S. Senate against former Democratic Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen.

“People have posted they love our food, but will no longer come to the restaurant,” Courtney said Monday. “I have never in my life experienced such a thing. It’s scary.”

Courtney said he didn’t file a police report about the threats.

“At first, I didn’t make a deal,” he said. “Right to free speech and everything. I don’t need to expose the idiots who are keyboard crazy and damage a small local business. The ghosts behind their posts. It will blow over. I’m just blown away though.”

The long-time restaurant owner has a meat-and-three located on North Mt. Juliet Road and has a meeting room he rents out nearly every day to musicians, local clubs and other groups. He said if the Bredesen campaign called tomorrow to rent the room, he’d say yes. It’s business for a small business trying to eke out a living.

The Blackburn campaign called him recently to rent out the room at 7 a.m. last Saturday for a breakfast and meet-and-great stop.

“I did not think anything of it,” Courtney said. “I run a business. We were going to serve a hundred-plus people.”

Courtney said he initially didn’t endorse the candidate, and just was being a businessman, but after what he’s been through he can support only Blackburn.

“I’m one who votes for the person, not the party,” he said. “But with everyone saying they are going to boycott my restaurant because Marsha came here to treat my employees and customers, I can’t even fathom people like that.”

The restaurant owner said he posted a picture of Blackburn on social media and thanked the candidate for coming to Mt. Juliet. The backlash was immediate.

“I was called a Nazi sympathizer of all things,” he said. “It’s hurt my business, my staff, me and my family. I’ve never seen grown people, or whoever is hidden behind the screens, act in such a manner. I have partners.”

On the restaurant’s website a person posted: My family loves your pizza and orders weekly. We will no longer frequent your establishment. Another poster wrote “I can’t support a business that is supporting her. I love your food but won’t be eating at your restaurant again.”

There were approximately 500 responses to those posts. Nancy Keckler Mitchell wrote “You all sound like big babies! Whining over Marsha Blackburn at Courtney’s?? Give me a break. Do you have nothing else to do? There are so many more important options you could be talking about other than Marsha Blackburn visiting Courtney’s. Grow up and quit whining.”

About 175 people, including Mt. Juliet Mayor Ed Hagerty, attended the breakfast event.

Courtney used social media to defend himself, writing “This is a family restaurant. It sells food. When people come in and order food, we sell it to them. We book events for all sorts of things including charities and business alliances, social organizations and such. We do NOT discriminate on race, religion or political affiliation. We have all manner of people eating in our establishment every day. They sit beside each other as neighbors and get along just fine. We are a family restaurant and we treat everyone as family with integrity and respect. Our employees’ political affiliations are their own. We have both parties represented and we work shoulder to shoulder each day. We would appreciate you treating us with the same respect as we treat each of you.”

Federal Judge Releases Benghazi Evidence – Hillary Goes Into Complete Panic

It appears that it’s time for Hillary Clinton to “come to heel.” That massive closet full of skeletons she’s thought was locked up has been swung wide open as a brave federal judge released the Benghazi evidence we’ve all been waiting on.

Hillary may have thought she was above the law, but these heroes she ignored who died fighting because of her negligence deserve justice.

Fox News reports:

In a combative exchange at a hearing Friday in Washington, D.C., a federal judge unabashedly accused career State Department officials of lying and signing “clearly false” affidavits to derail a series of lawsuits seeking information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server and her handling of the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth also said he was “shocked” and “dumbfounded” when he learned that FBI had granted immunity to former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills during its investigation into the use of Clinton’s server, according to a court transcript of his remarks.

“I had myself found that Cheryl Mills had committed perjury and lied under oath in a published opinion I had issued in a Judicial Watch case where I found her unworthy of belief, and I was quite shocked to find out she had been given immunity in — by the Justice Department in the Hillary Clinton email case,” Lamberth said during the hearing.

The Department of Justice’s Inspector General (IG), Michael Horowitz, noted in a bombshell report in June that it was “inconsistent with typical investigative strategy” for the FBI to allow Mills to sit in during the agency’s interview of Clinton during the email probe, given that classified information traveled through Mills’ personal email account. “[T]here are serious potential ramifications when one witness attends another witness’ interview,” the IG wrote.

Lamberth, who was appointed to the bench by President Ronald Reagan, said he did not know Mills had been granted immunity until he “read the IG report and learned that and that she had accompanied [Clinton] to her interview.”

The transparency group Judicial Watch initially sued the State Department in 2014, seeking information about the response to the Benghazi attack after the government didn’t respond to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. Other parallel lawsuits by Judicial Watch are probing issues like Clinton’s server, whose existence was revealed during the course of the litigation.

The State Department had immediately moved to dismiss Judicial Watch’s first lawsuit on a motion for summary judgment, saying in an affidavit that it had conducted a search of all potentially relevant emails in its possession and provided them. The affidavit noted that some more documents and emails could be forthcoming.

But Lamberth denied the request to dismiss the lawsuit at the time — and on Friday, he said he was happy he did, charging that State Department officials had intentionally misled him because other key documents, including those on Clinton’s email server, had not in fact been produced.

“It was clear to me that at the time that I ruled initially, that false statements were made to me by career State Department officials, and it became more clear through discovery that the information that I was provided was clearly false regarding the adequacy of the search and this – what we now know turned out to be the Secretary’s email system,” Lamberth said Friday.

He continued: “I don’t know the details of what kind of IG inquiry there was into why these career officials at the State Department would have filed false affidavits with me. I don’t know the details of why the Justice Department lawyers did not know false affidavits were being filed with me, but I was very relieved that I did not accept them and that I allowed limited discovery into what had happened.”

During a tense exchange with Justice Department lawyer Robert Prince, Lamberth pressed the issue, accusing Prince of using “doublespeak” and “playing the same word games [Clinton] played.”

That “was not true,” the judge said, referring to the State Department’s assurances in a sworn declaration that it had searched all relevant documents. “It was a lie.”

But Prince pushed back sharply, saying he took the judge’s accusations “extremely seriously.”

“It might be that our search could be found to be inadequate, but that declaration was absolutely true,” he said.

“Now, it’s been made clear in rulings by various courts that, basically, the courts are going to expect us to search items that come in afterward in this instance, and that’s understandable, but at the time, that was not at all clear, you know?” Prince continued. “I understand if Your Honor thinks that the searches that were done up to the motion for summary judgment were inadequate, but being wrong about the search being adequate does not make it a false affidavit.”
