JUST IN: Judge’s Decision In Muslim Compound Case Infuriates Americans After Racism Suggested

Published

on

Just after a disgusting group of people was arrested for trapping children in a filthy compound and teaching them to be school shooters, all while they performed an alleged exorcism and k-lled another child, some brainless judge just let them walk out! WHAT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Sadly not. The people who were arrested in New Mexico for running that harrowingly decrepit palace of filth and terrorism was able to walk free, even though they face 11 counts of child abuse considering there were 11 kids found on the premises. Not to mention how many others might possibly be buried in the areas surrounding the compound, but that’s yet to be discovered and not to be mistaken for a fact.

Each suspect was reportedly given only a $20,000 signature bond and they have to pay it if they don’t appear at trial. They’ll also wear ankle monitors. That means they can still train people to become school shooters while they’re enjoying life outside of a prison cell. They’re also reportedly not allowed to leave the country – just roam this one freely and possibly contribute to school shootings. You can violate an ankle monitor as long as you want, even though it’s only a matter of time until someone from the police department or another form of law enforcement catches up to you. By then it could be too late. What good is an ankle monitor if someone wears it while they commit a crime and don’t care if they get caught? It’s not like the ankle monitor will stabilize the suspect in their tracks.

Also reported, unfortunately, is that any visits with children must be supervised. You’re telling me that the people who forced these kids to live in horrible conditions and trained them to be brainwashed terrorists are allowed to see kids at all? That’s preposterous. They should not be allowed to see any children until they are through with their court case, and that’s only if they’re proven innocent. These folks need to stay away from kids, not spend time with them. This is as bad as a drag queen telling stories to a group of pre-schoolers and saying there are no boy or girl things.

KOB 4’s website provided tons of extra details about the repulsive incident that occurred in New Mexico. They stated: “ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – State prosecutors’ motion to detain five adults arrested after a raid in northern New Mexico earlier this month was denied by a judge on Monday.

Judge Sarah Backus made the determination, saying the state failed to meet the burden of showing the suspects were a danger to the community following several hours of testimony and evidence being presented by prosecutors. Siraj Wahhaj, Hujrah Wahhaj, Lucas Morton, Jany Leveille and Subhannah Wahhaj each face 11 counts of child abuse after 11 children were found living in deplorable conditions at the site.

Each suspect will have a $20,000 signature bond – meaning they’ll have to pay that amount if they don’t show for their trial – and will have to wear ankle monitors. In addition, they will not be allowed to leave the country, and any visits with children will be supervised.

“State prosecutors outlined evidence suggesting that at least some of the suspects could have been planning some sort of attack. They said Siraj Wahhaj – who also faces child abduction charges from Georgia after allegedly taking his 3-year-old son – took several weapons classes before coming to New Mexico, and books found on the compound focused on how to build firearms at home.

Various weapons and ammo were found during the raid on August 3, and several more firearms were discovered in subsequent searches. The children were allegedly taught how to load and fire assault rifles.

The 11 kids found at the compound ranged in age from 1 to 15, authorities said. Since the raid they have been placed in the protective custody of state welfare workers with the Children, Youth and Families Department.

In addition, prosecutors described a letter sent to Siraj Wahhaj from his brother allegedly inviting him to come to New Mexico and die as a martyr.

The FBI also weighed in on the case for the very first time. FBI agent Travis Taylor testified saying that, according to interviews conducted between the FBI and two teens from the compound, Siraj Wahhaj would lead rituals that included reading from the Quran and centered on his son, who authorities said suffered from seizures.

“During these rituals, per witness statements, the victim, Abdul (Ghani Wahhaj) would begin to choke and have white foam or slime come from his mouth and then pass out,” Taylor said.

According to Taylor, the children were led to believe that the child, Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj, “would become Jesus” when his demons were exorcised. He added that once the child “became Jesus,” he would instruct the others of the property or the family what corrupt institutions to get rid of.”

A body believed to be a child was found on the property in the days following the raid, but the Office of the Medical Investigator has yet to definitely identify it. Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj was not among the 11 children immediately found at the compound.

In the end, vague indications of potential future violence wasn’t enough to convince Backus.

“In this particular case, again, based on what was presented to the judge, I think she had no choice but to rule in the way that she did,” one of the defense attorneys said.

Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe said in his testimony that while the initial serving of the search warrant, the tactical team found children holding boxes of ammo. Hogrefe added at least one child told the team he was armed when he was found.

While cross-examining of Hogrefe, the suspects’ defense attorneys each took their chance to try and distance the suspects as far from the weapons as possible, and the connotations of violence they imply. One defense attorney suggested it’s “prudent” that children learn how to use firearms safely, which Hogrefe agreed to.

The sheriff also confirmed that Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is investigating the legalities surrounding the occupants’ possession of firearms.

Another defense attorney pointed out, and Hogrefe confirmed, that the compound’s occupants did not shoot at the tactical team as they raided the compound. He did say, however, that Morton was “struggling” and “resisting” while being arrested by deputies.

The defense spent their time at the podium hammering home that there is a double standard at play, alleging that if the suspects were white, Christian and had g-ns, “we might not be here today.”

Thief Steals Combat Vet’s Military Mementos – ‘I’d Give My Soul To Get Those Things Back’

Stealing from others is a despicable act in & of itself, but stealing from a veteran who fought for our freedom & security is a whole other ball game. What kind of scumbag would do this kind of thing? We’re hoping this vet gets his belongings back.

Fox 4 Kansas City reported:

“A Mobile veteran served our country overseas more than a decade ago, but the mementos he brought home were stolen.

Carl Sanders Jr. served for four years and had one tour in Iraq.

Most of his memories were packed up in a duffel bag, but it ended up being stolen.

“I don’t regret one second of anything I’ve done serving my country and the people I served with,” he said.

To remember that time in his life he packed up a bag filled with most of his memories. Things like an Iraqi flag and helmet he found on a mission, but most importantly his uniform.

“It’s the boots I lived in, I fought in,” Sanders said. “A soldiers boots and soldiers uniform that’s more important than anything.”

Losing those keepsakes is difficult for Sanders to swallow as he tries to never forget his military service.

“Those things actually reminded me of who I served with, where I’ve been, some of the things we’ve had to do and I don’t ever want to forget that,” Sanders said. “I don’t ever want to let that go.”

While he still has some things, a few pictures and some patches, what was stolen from him goes beyond a uniform.

“I still got a lot of memories in my head, some are hard to remember, some are hard to forget, but as time goes it kind of fades away,” Sanders said. “That’s why I’m glad I do have some of these things, I can always pick up these pictures and look back and always remember.”

While he holds onto what he does have, he hopes the thief realizes what was taken.

“Outside of monetary value things go a lot further than that,” Sanders said. “You never know what something might mean to someone, maybe the smallest little object.”

A soldier’s treasured memories from a half a world away, stolen from a man who served this country.

“God forgive me, but I would give my soul to get those things back,” Sanders said.

From what little he does have left, he is currently putting together a scrapbook for his family so his service is always remembered.”

Somali Whose Deportation was Thwarted by Passengers Is Gang Rapist With Links To ISIS

I have no understanding of people who would allow foreigners needs to take precedence over their own citizens.

These deranged SJW lunatics should have been arrested. When does the left not ever defend a terrorist?

From Breitbart:

A Somali man whose deportation was thwarted when passengers on the aeroplane taking him out of the country began complaining is a convicted gang rapist linked to an Islamic State fighter.
29-year-old Yaqub Ahmed was about to be returned to Somalia via a commercial flight to Istanbul, Turkey, but around a dozen ‘social justice warrior’ passengers on the aeroplane became aware of his situation when he began groaning and wailing.

They started complaining “They’re separating him from his family” and chanting “take him off the plane” in rowdy scenes recorded by several people on their mobile phones.

Rather than throw off the disruptive passengers or have them arrested for obstructing the course of justice, however, officials buckled to the mutinous flyers and took Ahmed off the flight, while his supporters applauded and shouted: “You’re free, man!”

However, the Mail on Sunday has now revealed that the busybodies were championing a convicted gang rapist, and that one of his accomplices travelled to the Islamic State to fight as a jihadist after their crime.

In August 2007, Ahmed was part of a four-strong rape gang which lured a 16-year-old girl who had become separated from her friends on a night out to a flat in Crouch End, North London, pretending they were waiting for her there.

Ahmed and his accomplices then took turn raping the teenager, who was only saved when neighbours overheard her cries for help and rang the police. All denied the crime, but were convicted with the help of extensive DNA evidence.

The judge sentenced them to a relatively short nine years each — although police detective Emma Bird seemed happy with the terms, saying they “reflect[ed] the seriousness of this offence” — but criminals almost never serve their full term in the United Kingdom, and Ahmed was out after a paltry four years.

It is understood that fellow rapist Ondogo Ahmed travelled to Syria to fight for the Islamic State just months after his release, while accomplice Adnan Mohamud — like Ahmed, a Somali granted refugee status — is still in Britain.

“We need to deport these people and members of the public should not be allowed to obstruct the proper course of justice,” commented Tory backbencher Philip Hollobone.

“Officials accompanying the deportee need to react appropriately to passengers who do not know what is going on. To simply walk off in the face of passenger confusion is not good enough.”

Britain’s record both tracking and deporting illegal migrants in general is very poor.
