Major Update Throws Final Wrench in Kavanaugh Accuser’s Claim As She Testifies Before Congress

Don’t you just hate it when this happens? You make a false allegation about someone because you don’t agree with their politics about something that didn’t happen over 35 years ago and people step up to throw a wrench into your already flimsy story.

Fox News is reporting that late last night 2 separate individuals came forward to say that Christine Blasey Ford may have mistaken Brett Kavanaugh for them.

On Wednesday evening, Republicans said in the statement that they have received a “more in-depth written statement from the man interviewed twice previously who believes he, not Judge Kavanaugh, had the encounter in question with Dr. Ford.” It was also said that GOP investigators also spoke on the phone with another man making a similar claim.

Here is more on Ford’s questionable story by via Fox News:

“Lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford, the California professor accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her at a party more than three decades ago, on Wednesday released the results of a polygraph examination she took Aug. 7 — but a key detail in the report appears to contradict Ford’s past claims.

“The examination, which was administered by former FBI agent Jeremiah Hanafin, took place in a Hilton hotel in Maryland, according to a “Polygraph Examination Report” compiled by Hanafin.

“Hanafin first allowed Ford and attorney Lisa Banks to meet alone to formulate a handwritten statement that Ford signed and provided Hanafin when he returned to the room. Then, without Banks present, Hanafin interviewed Ford about the day of the alleged assault, according to the report.

“In the handwritten statement, Ford writes that “there were 4 boys and a couple of girls” at the party.

“But in Ford’s letter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., in July, Ford gave a different tally, writing that the gathering “included me and 4 others.”

“The total number of people at the purported party, and their genders has been a key area of focus for Senate Republicans investigating Ford’s claims. Ford told The Washington Post last week that there were a total of “four boys at the party” where the alleged episode occurred, and that two — Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge — had been in the room during her attack. (According to The Post, Ford told her therapist in 2012 that four boys were in the room with her during the alleged attack — a disparity she has blamed on her therapist’s recording of her statements).

“All of the witnesses Ford has identified at the party, including Kavanaugh, Judge, and another classmate, Patrick Smyth, have denied knowledge of the alleged assault under penalty of a felony in statements to the Judiciary Committee.

“However, a woman, Leland Ingham Keyser, a former classmate of Ford’s at the Holton-Arms all-girls school in Maryland, has since been identified by Ford as the fourth witness at the party. In a dramatic twist, Keyser emerged Saturday night to say she doesn’t know Kavanaugh or remember being at the party with him.

“The polygraph exam consisted of only two “relevant” questions: “Is any part of your statement false?” and “Did you make up any part of your statement?” (Ordinarily, examiners ask a series of irrelevant questions to establish a baseline physiological response, which helps detect deception when relevant questions are asked, experts tell Fox News. According to Hanafin, Ford was also asked some questions to establish this baseline.)

“The test measured “thoracic and abdominal respiration, galvanic skin response, and cardiac activity,” Hanafin wrote in the report.

“The former FBI agent then ran the results of Ford’s two “no” responses through three separate scoring algorithms, including one developed by Johns Hopkins University. All three algorithms concluded that Ford’s responses did not indicate apparent deception, with one putting the probability that she was lying at .002 and another putting it at less than .02.

“Experts contacted by Fox News warned against reading too much into the results of polygraph examinations.

“It’s not the result of the polygraph; it is what polygraph subjects say during the polygraph interview that is most valuable,” said Thomas Mauriello, a lecturer in criminology at the University of Maryland who worked as a senior polygraph examiner at the Defense Department.

“President Trump says he supports a process to thoroughly vet Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, but questions Senate Democrats’ tactics; chief White House correspondent John Roberts reports.

“The result of a polygraph simply is whether you did or did not respond to a particular question. A response is not a lie, because the polygraph is not a lie detector as most think,” Mauriello added. “A response is the activation of your sympathetic nervous system when answering a question asked during the examination.”

“In their letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, Ford’s lawyers indicated that they would not release Ford’s medical records as he requested, citing privacy. Ford had provided The Washington Post the results of apparently the same polygraph examination earlier this month, as well as notes from her therapist sessions in 2012.

“The public release of the documents comes just one day before a scheduled hearing Thursday, at which Ford is expected to testify along with Kavanaugh about her allegations. The Senate Judiciary Committee has scheduled a Friday vote on whether to recommend Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the full Senate, even as additional uncorroborated allegations against Kavanaugh surfaced Wednesday.

“It was not immediately clear who paid for the polygraph examination, which can cost more than $1,000 — an issue flagged by Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., on Fox News’ “Hannity” last week.

“If Ms. Ford really did not want to come forward, never intended to come forward … why did she pay for a polygraph in August, and why did she hire a lawyer in August? And who paid for it?” Graham asked.

“Even well-intentioned individuals who have come to believe that their false stories are, in fact, true — whether because of therapist-induced memories or other causes — can sometimes pass polygraph tests, former FBI officials and psychology experts told Fox News.”

On Thursday morning before the Ford hearings, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham went on “Fox & Friends” and said that one of those individuals is “crazy as a loon … the one that I’ve heard about, I think, is not reliable.”

Although Graham did not name the individual, the committee would not release further details about either person when reached for comment by Fox News. A different source confirmed, “There’s no reason to doubt they’re both of sound mind and are both sincere in their claims.”

This all further puts in doubt Ford’s comment about there being “zero chance” she could have confused Kavanaugh for someone else when you consider she has already contradicted herself on many occasions about what allegedly went down at that party 36 years ago.

Republican Senator Orrin Hatch from Utah shot back on Twitter late Wednesday. He wrote, “Some might find it exceedingly difficult to imagine Judiciary Committee Democrats expressing this complaint with straight faces.”

Libs WILL NOT Like What Trump Could Soon Do That’s WAY BIGGER Than The Border Wall

Americans need to come first. I hope President Trump puts an end to all of this. Bring back jobs to this country.

Quite disturbing to know our private data is going oversees. Yes to the virtual wall!

From Breitbart:

Attorney Sara Blackwell — who represents American workers who are having their jobs threatened by outsourcing — says President Trump can implement a “virtual wall” to end multinational corporations’ business model of offshoring U.S. jobs to foreign countries.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News Deputy Political Editor Amanda House on SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Sunday, Blackwell said the U.S. needs a policy that bans multinational corporations from sending Americans’ data overseas.

Such a policy, Blackwell says, would consequently end the offshoring of American jobs and bring jobs back to the country that were previously outsourced.

“If we put up a virtual wall around our borders and said, ‘None of our private data can go overseas, ever,’ all of those jobs would have to come back, they would all have to come back,” Blackwell said.

“And so we would have so many jobs back in the U.S. and not only that, if we wanted to do … if a company in Europe wanted to sell clothes to someone in America, they’d have to have an office here in the U.S. because our credit card information can’t go overseas. So we would add so many jobs to the United States,” Blackwell said.

“I think a virtual wall would be an amazing thing and would be the ticket to ending the whole business model,” Blackwell continued.

The outsourcing-offshoring business model used by multinational corporations begins by laying off American workers in high-paying, white-collar industries and forcing them to train their foreign replacements, who often arrive in the U.S. on the H-1B visa. Those H-1B visa workers generally work in the country for about a year until the job is moved overseas to developing countries like India, where foreign workers are cheaper.

Blackwell also called out IBM CEO Ginni Rometty — a multinational corporation that now employs more Indian nationals than American workers — for hiking her own salary while laying off thousands of Americans to send their jobs to India.

“IBM is one of the worst offshoring companies I’ve seen. And Ginni Rometty of IBM, she is friends with Ivanka Trump,” Blackwell said.

“I mean it’s like, can we please just everybody pay attention to what’s really happening? I have spoken to thousands of IBM workers who have been fired — not only in the U.S. but all over the world — because they don’t want to pay real wages,” Blackwell said.

“They want to go to these countries like the Phillippines and India, mostly India, to pay these slave wages,” Blackwell said. “And it is very scary what information is going over there.”

POTUS Just Played His ‘Trump Card’ On Paid Migrants Who Rammed Our Border!

A few months ago, Trump changed a law that was put in place by Bill Clinton.

Ironically democrats felt the law was way too harsh. Children were being separated from their parents at the border. After changing the law, border enforcement has seen a massive increase in families trying to cross.

Today, Daily Mail wrote:

Donald Trump threatened on Thursday to seal America’s southern border with military force unless Mexico intervenes to stop the flow of illegal immigrants traveling to the U.S. from Central America.

The stern, tweeted warning came as a group of more than 4,000 travels north through Mexico in the hope of reaching the United States, despite having no visas or other legal papers to enter.

Trump blamed his Democratic rivals for the resulting chaos, saying ‘they want Open Borders and existing weak laws.’

He resurrected the claim that launched his White House campaign in 2015, saying that ‘this large flow of people’ includes ‘MANY CRIMINALS’ and putting the words in uppercase letters for effect.

Trump on Thursday also renewed Wednesday’s threat to stop all payments to Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, including humanitarian aid, if their governments ‘allow their citizens, or others, to journey through their borders and up to the United States.’

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is scheduled to fly to Mexico on Friday.

News emerged Wednesday that the number of illegal immigrant families crossing the U.S.-Mexico border has jumped 80 percent since Trump ended his ‘zero tolerance’ policy in June, with U.S. Border Patrol agents arresting 16,658 family members in September. That’s the highest one-month total on record.

The Washington Post obtained unpublished Department of Homeland Security statistics and published them three weeks before a contentious midterm election, while Trump is urging Republicans to make immigration their number one issue on the campaign trail.

‘We’re getting hammered daily,’ said one Border Patrol agent in South Texas told The Post.

The new numbers also come as a wave of immigrants is on the march from Central America.

Thousands of people from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador are fleeing to the United States in an effort to escape the poverty and violence that has engulfed their countries.

The Department of Homeland Security, in a statement, blamed congressional inaction and said the high illegal immigrant flow would likely continue without movement on on Capitol Hill.

‘Our nation faces a dangerous crisis on the border that threatens American communities. Congress refuses to close catch-and-release loopholes in the law that would allow authorities to detain and remove family units safely and expeditiously. While we do not have official numbers to report at this time, current trends indicate enforcement efforts against single adults entering illegally have been hugely successful,’ said Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Katie Waldman.

‘However, the removal of actual family units, or those posing as family units, has been made virtually impossible by Congressional inaction – which will most likely result in record numbers of families arriving illegally in the United States this year. At the direction of the President, DHS is continuing to examine all options to secure the border and keep American communities safe, including working with our partners in Central America and Mexico.’

The new numbers have left the president furious, White House aides told the Post.

‘We’re actually getting crushed,’ said one.

Trump is said to be considering reinstating the controversial separation policy that was criticized by members of his own party and the first lady. He sees ‘zero tolerance’ as the one thing that worked.

Trump has received regular updates on the stats and has told senior policy adviser Stephen Miller, who has taken the lead on immigration issues, and Chief of Staff John Kelly that something has to change.

He tweeted about on Wednesday morning, pushing Republicans to make immigration an issue in the November election.

‘Hard to believe that with thousands of people from South of the Border, walking unimpeded toward our country in the form of large Caravans, that the Democrats won’t approve legislation that will allow laws for the protection of our country. Great Midterm issue for Republicans!,’ he tweeted Wednesday morning.
