Possible Criminal Charges After 3rd Kavanaugh Accuser ‘Risks Her Life’ To Come Forward

As the most reliable and balanced news aggregation service in the world, RWN offers the following information published by Daily Mail:

Michael Avenatti has said he will reveal a third woman who is ready to accuse Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, who appeared on CNN and MSNBC after being in court representing the porn star who allegedly had sex with President Donald Trump, also blasted Kavanaugh on Monday for claiming that he could not have committed sexual misconduct in his youth because he was a virgin in high school.

On MSNBC Monday night, Avenatti told host Rachel Maddow that his mystery client could conceivably bring criminal charges and that he would reveal her identity within the next two days.

Avenatti says the woman will ‘literally risk her life’ by going public.

The lawyer said the woman is ‘100 per cent credible’ and is willing to take a polygraph if Kavanaugh does as well.

Avenatti said that the woman, who once worked for the U.S. Mint and the State Department, has information about Kavanaugh and his childhood friend, Mark Judge.

‘It will relate to how they behaved at countless house parties,’ Avenatti told USA Today earlier in the day.

He says there will be ‘many, many’ corroborating witnesses to confirm the woman’s account.

Kavanaugh told Fox News that he was a virgin in high school – prompting Avenatti to dispute the claim during an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo.

‘I just think it’s absolutely unbelievable,’ Avenatti said.

‘And I think the American people are smarter than this.

‘You cannot reconcile the individual on Fox News with the individual that was joined at the hip with Mark Judge throughout the years at issue.

‘You just can’t. I don’t believe that America is going to believe what Brett Kavanaugh just stated on Fox News.

‘So, what exactly is he saying? Is he saying that he did not have sexual intercourse?’

Avenatti continued: ‘Are we going to get into a definition of sexual intercourse?

‘Does that mean he performed oral sex or had oral sex performed on him?

‘Does that mean any host of any other sexual activities occurred?

‘Or does he want America to believe that the only thing that he did until well into his college years was effectively kissed or French kissed a woman? Is that what he wants America to believe?’

Avenatti told Maddow on MSNBC that his new client could possibly seek criminal charges.

‘I think there very well may be or will be a criminal complaint made relating to this conduct,’ he said.

‘We don’t believe a statute of limitations would apply to it.’

Avenatti said that the woman knew Kavanaugh around the time of high school but attended a different school.

He says the woman has had multiple security clearances from the U.S. government, including the State Department and Department of Justice.

The woman also wishes to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to give sworn testimony, Avenatti says.

He refused to say how the woman met Kavanaugh and Judge. Avenatti also would not say when this alleged incident took place. Read More

Democrats Poised To Make Impeachment Push In 3 Weeks

* By

Democrats absolutely hate President Trump. They’re still so pissed that their queen, Hillary, lost to the king of the “deplorables,” they’ll do anything to bring him down. Dems have been trying to keep word of impeachment out of the news as they know it will fire up the Republican base, but it’s coming out nonetheless. This is why it’s critical that every Trump supporter gets to the polls next month. Not only because of the possibility of impeachment, but we don’t want Trump having to deal with a Dem run House of Representatives who will try to stymie him at every turn.

Fox News just reported what’s going on:

“Democrats are increasingly whispering about the possibility of impeaching President Trump if they regain control of the House of Representatives in November, even as top Republicans openly suggest the move would backfire politically.

The wait-and-see approach to drafting articles of impeachment comes as voter pressure from the base rises. A late-August Washington Post-ABC poll found nearly 50 percent of Americans support immediate impeachment proceedings against the president. Four in 10 residents of Ohio, which Trump carried in the 2016 presidential election, said this week that the House should consider impeaching Trump, according to a Suffolk University poll.

But Democrats are mindful of alienating moderate and conservative voters in several key states they will need to win over in order to take the House and Senate, analysts say. (A PBS poll in April found that 47 percent of voters wouldn’t back a congressional candidate who wanted Trump impeached, and Fox News polling indicates the GOP is pulling away in pivotal Senate contests even as Democrats make apparent gains in the House.)

Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke, whose well-funded longshot bid to unseat GOP Sen. Ted Cruz has faltered in the polls in recent weeks, has emerged as one of the clearest examples of the Democrats’ strategy.

“Impeachment, much like an indictment, shows that there is enough there for the case to proceed,” O’Rourke has said, “and at this point there is certainly enough there for the case to proceed.” However, the 46-year-old has clarified that although he would vote for impeaching Trump, he’s also not in favor of actually initiating impeachment proceedings at the moment.

His even-handed approach on impeachment highlights the political tightrope Democrats must often walk in their effort to retake Congress this year. Even though no Democrat has won a statewide election in deep-red Texas in more than two decades, progressives poured a record-setting $38 million into O’Rourke’s campaign last quarter because of his unique cross-party appeal.

Key Democrats have echoed O’Rourke’s give-and-take stance. House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer, D-Md., called Trump’s summer news conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin “treasonous,” but said impeachment proceedings would be a “distraction.” There would, he added, “be time for that” later.

“We need to get through this election; we need to deal with the economic issues; we need to deal with the health-care issues of the American people,” he said.

During a Labor Day parade in Brooklyn, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., told a bystander who asked when Trump would be impeached, “The sooner the better. … We gotta get a few Republicans. Democrats are on your side.” A Schumer spokesperson later claimed the senator thought he was being asked when Democrats would “defeat” Trump.

President Trump, for his part, has warned that a similar effort now would have disastrous consequences.

“If I ever got impeached, I think the market would crash, I think everybody would be very poor,” Trump told Fox News in August. “You would see numbers that you wouldn’t believe.””

It is so refreshing to have a President that doesn’t back down. He tells the fake news how it is. He’s not afraid to do so either.

This is why the left can’t stand him. The left is used to republicans having no balls to speak the truth.

From The Daily Wire:

In an interview with Lesley Stahl for CBS’ “60 Minutes,” President Trump had one heck of a blunt response for Stahl when she attempted to sidetrack his effort to delineate how dishonest the mainstream media is. Stahl wanted to change the subject but Trump would not be dissuaded, nailing it down by stating, “In the meantime, I’m president and you’re not.”

Trump stated, “The thing I’ve really learned is I never knew how dishonest the media was and I really mean it. I’m not saying that as a soundbite. I never knew how dishonest the media was –“

Stahl, interrupted, “I’m going to change the subject again.”

Trump responded, “No. The way you asked me a question, like about separation.”

Stahl: “Yeah.”

Trump: “When I say Obama did it, you don’t want to talk about it.”

Stahl: “No.”

Trump: “When I say I did it, let’s make a big deal about it.”

Stahl: “I’m going to run your answer, but you did it four times.”

Trump: “I’m just telling you that you treated me much differently on the subject —“

Stahl, “I disagree but I don’t want to have that fight with you.”

Trump: “Hey, it’s okay. Leslie, it’s okay. In the meantime, I’m president and you’re not.”
